They shall rakas (bind) the chashan (breastplate) by its tabaith (rings) to the tabaith (rings) of the apawad (ephod) with a pathayal (lace) of thakalath (blue), that it may be on the skillfully woven band of the apawad (ephod), and that the chashan (breastplate) may not swing out from the apawad (ephod).
