It shall be the shapal (base) of the mamalakawath (kingdoms); neither shall it any more nashaa (lift) itself up above the gawayam (heathen): and I will mait (diminish) them, that they shall no more radah (rule over / have dominion of / subdue) over the gawayam (heathen).
