The ledge shall be fourteen cubits arak (length) by fourteen rachab (broad) in the arabai (four) rabai (fourth) of it; and the gabawal (border/boundary) sabayab (surrounding) it shall be chatzay (half) a amah (cubit); and its chayaq (bottom) shall be a amah (cubit) around; and its mailah (ascent/climbing up) shall panah (turn) toward the qadayam (east).”
