2 The rawach (spirit / wind) of Yahawah () will nawach (rest) on him: the rawach (spirit / wind) of chakamah (wisdom) and chakamah (understanding), the rawach (spirit / wind) of itzah (counsel) and gabawarah (might), the rawach (spirit / wind) of daith (knowledge) and of the yaraah (fear) of Yahawah ().
3 His delight will be in the yaraah (fear) of Yahawah (). He will not shapat (judge / judgement) by the maraah (sight) of his maraah (eyes), neither decide by the mashamai (hearing) of his azan (ear);

7 The parah (bear fruit / increase) and the dab (bear) will graze. Their yalad (birth / begot) ones will rabatz (lie) down yachad (together). The aray (lion) will akal (eat) thaban (straw) like the baqar (morning).
8 The yanaq (nursing) child will shaii (play) near a cobra's chawar (hole), and the weaned child will hadah (put) his yad (hand) on the viper's maawarah (den).
9 They will not raii (wicked / dysfunctional / evil) nor shachath (destroy) in all my qadash (set apart / make holy) har (mountain); for the aratz (Earth/land) will be malaa (full) of the daih (knowledge) of Yahawah (), as the mayam (Waters) kasah (cover) the yam (sea/waters).
10 It will happen in that yawam (day) that the gawayam (heathen) will darash (seek) the sharash (root) of Yashay (Jesse), who imad (stands) as a nas (banner) of the imayam (peoples); and his manawachah (resting) place will be kabawad (glorious).
11 It will happen in that yawam (day) that the Adanay () will set his yad (hand) again the shanay (second) time to qanah (recover) the shaar (remnant) that is shaar (left) of his im (nation / people) from Ashawar (Assyria), from Matzarayam (Egypt), from Patharawas (Pathros), from Kawash (Cush), from Iyalam (Elam), from Shanair (Shinar), from Chamath (Hamath), and from the ayay (islands) of the yam (sea/waters).
