“Nacham (turn away / repent), nacham (turn away / repent) my im (nation / people),” amar (spoke) your Alahayam ().
“Dabar (word / matter) lab (heart) to Yarawashalam (Jerusalem); and qaraa (called) out to her that her tzabaa (troop) is malaa (accomplished), that her iwan (guilt/iniquity) is ratzah (pardoned), that she has laqach (take / seize) of Yahawah () yad (hand) kapal (double) for all her chataah (sin).”
The qawal (sound / voice) of one who qaraa (called) out, “panah (turn) the darak (way) of Yahawah () in the irabah (wilderness)! Yashar (upright) a level masalah (highway) in the irabah (desert) for our Alahayam ().
Every gayaa (valley) shall be nashaa (lift), and every har (mountain) and gabaih (hill) shall be shapal (made) low. The uneven shall be made mayashawar (level), and the rakas (rough) places a baqaih (plain).
The kabawad (glory) of Yahawah () shall be galah (revealed), and all bashar (flesh) shall raah (see) it yachad (together); for the pah (mouth) of Yahawah () has dabar (word / matter) it.”
The qawal (sound / voice) of one amar (said), “qaraa (called)!” One amar (said), “What shall I qaraa (called)?” “All bashar (flesh) is like chatzayar (grass), and all its glory is like the tzayatz (flower) of the shadah (field).
The chatzayar (grass) yabash (dry land), the tzayatz (flower) nabal (fades), because Yahawah () rawach (spirit / wind) nashab (blows) on it. Akan (surely) the im (nation / people) are like chatzayar (grass).
The chatzayar (grass) yabash (dry land), the tzayatz (flower) nabal (fades); but the dabar (word / matter) of our Alahayam () qawam (rise up) iwalam (forever).”
You who tell bashar (good) news to Tzayawan (Zion), ilah (go up / offer) up on a gabah (high) har (mountain). You who tell bashar (good) news to Yarawashalam (Jerusalem), rawam (will lift up) up your qawal (sound / voice) with kach (strength / mighty / power). Rawam (will lift up) it up. Don't be yaraa (fear / be afraid). Amar (spoke) to the iray (cities) of Yahawadah (Judah), “Behold, your Alahayam ()!”
Behold, the Adanay () Yahawah () will bawaa (come) as a chazaq (mighty) one, and his zarawai (arm) will mashal (rule/have dominion) for him. Behold, his shakar (reward) is with him, and his recompense panayam (face) him.
He will raih (feed) his idar (flock) like a raih (shepherd). He will qabatz (gather) the talaayam (lambs) in his zarawai (arm), and nashaa (lift) them in his chayaq (bosom). He will nahal (gently) lead those who have their iwal (young).
Who has madad (measured) the mayam (Waters) in the hollow of his shail (hand), and marked off the sky with his zarath (span), and calculated the ipar (dust) of the aratz (Earth/land) in a shalayash (measure), and shaqal (weighed) the harayam (mountains) in palas (scales), and the gabaiwath (hills) in a maazan (balance)?
Who has thakan (directed) the rawach (spirit / wind) of Yahawah (), or yadai (has) taught him as his counselor?
Who did he take yaitz (counsel) with, and who bayan (between) him, and lamad (teach / instruct) him in the arach (path) of mashapat (justice), and lamad (teach / instruct) him daith (knowledge), and showed him the darak (way) of thabawan (understanding)?
Behold, the gawayam (heathen) are like a mar (drop) in a dalay (bucket), and are chashab (regarded) as a speck of shachaq (dust) on a maazan (balance). Behold, he lifts up the ayayam (islands) like a very daq (little) thing.
Labanawan (Lebanon) is not day (sufficient) to bair (burn), nor its animals day (sufficient) for a burnt ilah (offering).
All the gawayam (heathen) are chashab (like) nothing before him. They are regarded by him as apas (less) than nothing, and thahaw (formless).
To whom then will you damah (liken) Al? Or what damawath (likeness) will you irak (compare) to him?
A charash (workman) has cast an pasal (image), and the tzarap (goldsmith) overlays it with zahab (gold), and tzarap (casts) kasap (silver) rathaqawath (chains) for it.
He who is too sakan (impoverished) for such an tharawamah (offering) bachar (chooses) a itz (tree) that will not raqab (rot). He baqash (seeks) a skillful charash (workman) to kawan (set) up an engraved pasal (image) for him that will not be mawat (moved).
Haven't you yadai (known)? Haven't you shamai (hearken / hear), yet? Haven't you been nagad (told) from the raash (head)? Haven't you bayan (between) from the mawasadawath (foundations) of the aratz (Earth/land)?
It is he who yashab (inhabit/dwell) above the chawag (circle) of the aratz (Earth/land), and its yashab (inhabit/dwell) are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens) like a daq (curtain), and mathach (spreads) them out like a ahal (tent) to yashab (inhabit/dwell) in;
Who nathan (give) rawazanayam (princes) to nothing; who ishah (make) the shapatay (judges) of the aratz (Earth/land) like meaningless.
They are natai (planted) scarcely. They are zarai (sown) scarcely. Their gazai (stock) has scarcely sharash (taken) root in the aratz (Earth/land). He merely nashap (blows) on them, and they yabash (dry land), and the sair (whirlwind) nashaa (lift) them away as qash (stubble).
“To whom then will you damah (liken) me? Who is my shawah (equal)?” Amar (said) the qadawash (holy) One.
Nashaa (lift) up your iyan (eye) on marawam (high), and raah (see / saw) who has baraa (created) these, who yatzaa (go out / come out) out their tzabaa (troop) by masapar (number). He qaraa (called) them all by sham (name). By the greatness of his awan (might), and because he is amayatz (strong) in kach (strength / mighty / power), Not ayash (man / husband) is idar (lacking).
Why do you amar (spoke), Yaiqab (Jacob), and dabar (word / matter), Yashar-Al (Israel), “My darak (way) is sathar (hidden) from Yahawah (), and the mashapat (justice) due me is disregarded by my Alahayam ()?”
Haven't you yadai (known)? Haven't you shamai (hearken / hear)? The iwalam (forever) Alahayam (), Yahawah (), The Creator of the ends of the aratz (Earth/land), doesn't yaip (faint). He isn't yagai (weary). His thabawan (understanding) is unsearchable.
He nathan (give) kach (strength / mighty / power) to the weak. He rabah (increases) the itzamah (strength) of him who has no awan (might).
Even the youths yaip (faint) and get yagai (weary), and the bachawar (young) men kashal (stumble / stagger) kashal (stumble / stagger);
But those who qawah (gather/wait) for Yahawah () will chalap (renew) their kach (strength / mighty / power). They will ilah (go up / offer) up with abar (wings) like nasharayam (eagles). They will rawatz (run), and not be yagai (weary). They will yalak (walk), and not yaip (faint).
