This city shall be to me for a sham (name) of shashawan (joy), for a thahalah (praise) and for a glory, before all the gawayay (nations) of the aratz (Earth/land), which shall shamai (hearken / hear) all the tawab (good / proper function) that I ishah (make) to them, and shall pachad (fear / dread) and ragaz (tremble) for all the tawab (good / proper function) and for all the shalawam (peace / safety) that I ishah (make) to it.’”
