Jeremiah 4:31

For I have shamai (hearken / hear) a qawal (sound / voice) as of a chalah (afflict) in travail, the tzarah (anguish) as of her who brings forth her bakar (first) child, the qawal (sound / voice) of the banath (daughter) of Tzayawan (Zion), who gasps for breath, who parash (spreads) her kap (hands), saying, “away (woe) is me now! For my napash (soul) faints before the haragayam (murderers).”
