He made a proclamation and amar (said) through Nayanawah (Nineveh) by the taim (decree) of the malak (king) and his gadawal (very great/important/mighty), amar (said), “Let neither adam (man) nor animal, baqar (morning) nor tzaan (flock), taim (taste) anything; let them not raih (feed), nor shathah (drinks) mayam (Waters);
