The malaak (angel / messenger of Yah) of Yahawah () ilah (go up / offer) up from Galagal (Gilgal) to Bakayam (Bochim). He amar (spoke), “I ilah (go up / offer) you to go up out of Matzarayam (Egypt), and bawaa (come) brought you to the aratz (Earth/land) which I shabai (swear / take oath) to your ab (father); and I amar (spoke), ‘I will iwalam (forever) parar (break) my barayath (covenant) with you:
And you shall karath (cut) no barayath (covenant) with the yawashabay (inhabitants) of this aratz (Earth/land); you shall nathatz (break) down their mazabach (altars).’ But you have not shamai (hearken / hear) to my qawal (sound / voice): why ishah (make) you done this?
Therefore I also amar (spoke), ‘I will not garash (drive) them out from panayam (face) you; but they shall be in your tzadayam (sides), and their Alahayam () shall be a mawaqash (snare) to you.’”
It happened, when the malaak (angel / messenger of Yah) of Yahawah () dabar (word / matter) these dabarayam (words) to all the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel), that the im (nation / people) nashaa (lift) up their qawal (sound / voice), and bakah (wept).
They qaraa (called) the sham (name) of that maqawam (place) Bakayam (Bochim): and they zabach (sacrificed) there to Yahawah ().
Now when Yahawashawai (Joshua) had sent the im (nation / people) shalach (send), the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel) yalak (went) every ayash (man / husband) to his nachalah (inheritance) to yarash (possess) the aratz (Earth/land).
The im (nation / people) ibad (servant) Yahawah () all the yamay (days) of Yahawashawai (Joshua), and all the yamay (days) of the zaqanayam (elders) who yawam (day) Yahawashawai (Joshua), who raah (see) seen all the gadawal (very great/important/mighty) maishah (work) of Yahawah () that he ishah (make) worked for Yashar-Al (Israel).
Yahawashawai (Joshua) the ban (son) of Nawan (Nun), the ibad (servant) of Yahawah (), mawath (death), being one maah (hundred) ishar (ten) shanayam (years) ban (son).
They qabar (bury) him in the gabawal (border/boundary) of his nachalah (inheritance) in Thamanah (Timnath) Charas (Heres), in the hill country of Aparayam (Ephraim), on the north of the har (mountain) of Gaish (Gaash).
Also all that dawar (generation / age / period) were asap (gathered) to their ab (father): and there qawam (rise up) achar (other) dawar (generation / age / period) achar (other) them, who didn't yadai (know) Yahawah (), nor yet the maishah (work) which he ishah (make) worked for Yashar-Al (Israel).
The banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel) ishah (make) that which was rai (evil) in the iyan (eye) of Yahawah (), and ibad (servant) the Bail (Baals);
And they forsook Yahawah (), the Alahayam () of their ab (father), who yatzaa (go out / come out) them out of the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Egypt), and yalak (followed) other Alahayam (), of the Alahayam () of the imayam (peoples) who were around them, and shachah (bowed) themselves down to them: and they provoked Yahawah () to kais (anger).
They forsook Yahawah (), and ibad (servant) Bail (Baal) and the Ishatharawath (Ashtaroth).
The ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting) of Yahawah () was charah (hot with anger) against Yashar-Al (Israel), and he nathan (give) them into the yad (hand) of shasayam (spoilers) who despoiled them; and he makar (sold) them into the yad (hand) of their ayab (enemy) all around, so that they yakal (could) not any iwad (more/again) imad (stand) panayam (face) their ayab (enemy).
Wherever they yatzaa (go out / come out) out, the yad (hand) of Yahawah () was against them for rai (evil), as Yahawah () had dabar (word / matter), and as Yahawah () had shabai (swear / take oath) to them: and they were very yatzar (distressed).
Yahawah () qawam (rise up) up shapatayam (judges), who yashai (salvation) them out of the yad (hand) of those who despoiled them.
Yet they didn't shamai (hearken / hear) to their shapat (judge / judgement); for they zanah (played) the prostitute achar (other) other Alahayam (), and shachah (bowed) themselves down to them: they sawar (turned) aside mahar (quickly) out of the darak (way) in which their ab (father) halak (move), shamai (hearken / hear) the matzawath (commandments) of Yahawah (). They didn't ishah (make) so.
When Yahawah () qawam (rise up) them up shapatayam (judges), then Yahawah () was with the shapat (judge / judgement), and yashai (salvation) them out of the yad (hand) of their ayab (enemy) all the yamay (days) of the shapat (judge / judgement): for it grieved Yahawah () panayam (face) of their naaqah (groaning) by reason of those who lachatz (oppressed) them and troubled them.
But it happened, when the shapat (judge / judgement) was mawath (death), that they shawab (turn back / repent) back, and dealt more corruptly than their ab (father), in yalak (following) other Alahayam () to ibad (servant) them, and to shachah (bow) down to them; they didn't napal (fall / be cast down) from their mailal (doings), nor from their qashah (rough / hard) darak (way).
The ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting) of Yahawah () was charah (hot with anger) against Yashar-Al (Israel); and he amar (spoke), “Because this gaway (heathen / nation) ibar (pass over/through) transgressed my barayath (covenant) which I tzawah (commanded) their ab (father), and have not shamai (hearken / hear) to my qawal (sound / voice);
I also will not yasap (henceforth) yarash (drive) out any from panayam (face) them of the gawayam (heathen) that Yahawashawai (Joshua) izab (left) when he mawath (death);
That by them I may nasah (prove) Yashar-Al (Israel), whether they will shamar (keep/guard) the darak (way) of Yahawah () to yalak (walk) therein, as their ab (father) shamar (keep/guard) it, or not.”
So Yahawah () yanach (left) those gawayam (nations), balathay (without) yarash (driving) them out mahar (hastily); neither nathan (give) he them into the yad (hand) of Yahawashawai (Joshua).
