This is the thawarah (Torah / Instruction) of the nagai (plague) of mildew in a bagad (garment) of tzamar (wool) or pashathah (linen), either in the shathay (warp), or the irab (evening), or in anything of iwar (skin), to pronounce it tahar (clean), or to pronounce it tamaa (unclean).
