Aharawan (Aaron) shall samak (lay) shanayam (two) his yad (hand) on the raash (head) of the chay (life) shaiyar (goat), and yadah (confess) over him all the iwanath (iniquities) of the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), and all their pashai (transgressions), even all their chataah (sin); and he shall nathan (give) them on the raash (head) of the shaiyar (goat), and shall shalach (send) him away into the madabar (wilderness) by the yad (hand) of a ayash (man / husband) who is in readiness.
