Leviticus 5:11

“‘But if he can't afford shanayam (two) turtledoves, or shanayam (two) ban (son) yawanah (pigeons), then he shall bawaa (bring) his qaraban (offering) for that in which he has chataa (sinned), the ishayaray (tenth) part of an ayapah (ephah) of fine salath (flour) for a chataah (sin) offering. He shall shawam (place / establish / appoint) no shaman (oil) on it, neither shall he nathan (give) any labawanah (frankincense) on it, for it is a chataah (sin) offering.
