The malaak (angel / messenger of Yah) of Yahawah () amar (spoke) to Balaim (Balaam), “yalak (go) with the anashayam (men); but only the dabar (word / matter) that I shall dabar (word / matter) to you, that you shall dabar (word / matter).” So Balaim (Balaam) yalak (went) with the sharay (princes) of Balaq (Balak).
