1 Yahawah () dabar (word / matter) to Mashah (Moses), amar (spoke),
2 “Dabar (word / matter) to the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel), and amar (spoke) them: ‘When either ayash (man / husband) or ayashah (woman / wife) shall palaa (be wonderful / extraordinary / marvelous) a special nadar (make vow), the nadar (make vow) of a Nazirite, to nazar (crown / consecrate) himself to Yahawah (),
3 He shall nazar (crown / consecrate) himself from yayan (wine) and shakar (strong) drink. He shall shathah (drinks) no chamatz (vinegar) of yayan (wine), or chamatz (vinegar) of fermented shakar (drink), neither shall he shathah (drinks) any juice of inabayam (grapes), nor akal (eat) fresh inabayam (grapes) or yabash (dry land).
4 All the yamay (days) of his nazar (crown / consecrate) he shall akal (eat) nothing that is ishah (make) of the grapevine, from the charatzanayam (seeds) even to the skins.
5 “‘All the yamay (days) of his nadar (vow) of nazar (crown / consecrate) no thair (razor) shall ibar (pass over/through) on his raash (head), until the yamay (days) are malaa (fulfilled), in which he nazar (crown / consecrate) himself to Yahawah (). He shall be qadawash (holy). He shall let the parai (freegrowing locks) of the shair (hair) of his raash (head) gadal (grow) long.
6 “‘All the yamay (days) that he nazar (crown / consecrate) himself to Yahawah () he shall not bawaa (come) near a mawath (death) napash (soul).
7 He shall not make himself tamaa (unclean) for his ab (father), or for his am (mother), for his ach (brother/kinsman), or for his achawath (sister), when they mawath (death); because his nazar (crown / consecrate) to Alahayam () is on his raash (head).
8 All the yamay (days) of his nazar (crown / consecrate) he is qadawash (holy) to Yahawah ().
9 “‘If any mawath (death) mawath (death) very pathaawam (suddenly) beside him, and he defiles the raash (head) of his nazar (crown / consecrate); then he shall galach (shave) his raash (head) in the yawam (day) of his taharah (cleansing). On the shabayaiy (seventh) yawam (day) he shall galach (shave) it.
10 On the shamayanay (eighth) yawam (day) he shall bawaa (bring) shanayam (two) turtledoves or shanayam (two) ban (son) yawanah (pigeons) to the kahan (priest), to the pathach (door) of the ahal (tent) of Meeting.
11 The kahan (priest) shall ishah (make) achad (one) for a chataah (sin) offering, and the other for a burnt ilah (offering), and make kapar (atonement) for him, ashar (who/that) he chataa (sinned) by reason of the napash (soul), and shall make his raash (head) qadash (set apart / make holy) that same yawam (day).
12 He shall nazar (crown / consecrate) to Yahawah () the yamay (days) of his nazar (crown / consecrate), and shall bawaa (come) a male kabash (lamb) a shanah (year) old for a asham (trespass) offering; but the raashawan (former) yamay (days) shall be void, because his nazar (crown / consecrate) was tamaa (defiled).
13 “‘This is the thawarah (Torah / Instruction) of the Nazirite: when the yamay (days) of his nazar (crown / consecrate) are malaa (fulfilled), he shall be bawaa (bring) to the pathach (door) of the ahal (tent) of Meeting,
14 And he shall qarab (come close) his qaraban (offering) to Yahawah (), achad (one) male kabash (lamb) a shanah (year) old thamayam (complete / whole) blemish for a burnt ilah (offering), and achad (one) ewe kabashah (lamb) a shanah (year) old thamayam (complete / whole) blemish for a chataah (sin) offering, and achad (one) ayal (ram) thamayam (complete / whole) blemish for shalam (peace) offerings,
15 And a sal (basket) of unleavened matzah (bread), chalath (cakes) of fine salath (flour) balal (mixed) with shaman (oil), and unleavened raqayaqay (wafers) mashach (anointed) with shaman (oil), and their meal manachah (offering), and their drink nasak (offerings).
16 The kahan (priest) shall qarab (come close) them panayam (face) Yahawah (), and shall qarab (come close) his chataah (sin) offering, and his burnt chataah (sin).
17 He shall ishah (make) the ayal (ram) for a zabach (sacrifice) of shalam (peace) offerings to Yahawah (), with the sal (basket) of unleavened matzah (bread). The kahan (priest) shall ishah (make) also its meal manachah (offering), and its drink nasak (offering).
18 The Nazirite shall galach (shave) the raash (head) of his nazar (crown / consecrate) at the pathach (door) of the ahal (tent) of Meeting, and shall laqach (take / seize) the shair (hair) of the raash (head) of his nazar (crown / consecrate), and nathan (give) it on the ash (fire) which is under the zabach (sacrifice) of shalam (peace) offerings.
19 The kahan (priest) shall laqach (take / seize) the boiled zarawai (shoulder) of the ayal (ram), and achad (one) unleavened chalah (cake) out of the sal (basket), and achad (one) unleavened raqayaq (wafer), and shall nathan (give) them on the kapay (hands) of the Nazirite, achar (other) he has galach (shaved) the head of his nazar (crown / consecrate);
20 And the kahan (priest) shall nawap (wave) them for a wave thanawapah (offering) panayam (face) Yahawah (). This is qadash (set apart / make holy) for the kahan (priest), together with the chazah (breast) that is thanawapah (waved) and the shawaq (thigh) that is tharawamah (offered). Achar (other) that the Nazirite may shathah (drinks) yayan (wine).
21 “‘This is the thawarah (instruction) of the Nazirite who nadar (make vow), and of his qaraban (offering) to Yahawah () for his nazar (crown / consecrate), yad (hand) that which he is able to nashag (get). Pah (according) to his nadar (vow) which he nadar (vow), so he must ishah (make) after the thawarah (instruction) of his nazar (crown / consecrate).’”

23 “Dabar (word / matter) to Aharawan (Aaron) and to his banay (my son), amar (said), ‘kah (this) is how you shall barak (blessed) the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel).’ You shall amar (said) them,
24 ‘Yahawah () barak (blessed) you, and shamar (keep/guard) you.
25 Yahawah () make his panayam (face) to awar (light) on you, and be gracious to you.
26 Yahawah () nashaa (lift) up his panayam (face) toward you, and shawam (place / establish / appoint) you shalawam (peace / safety).’
27 “So they shall shawam (place / establish / appoint) my sham (name) on the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel); and I will barak (blessed) them.”
