I will nashaa (lift) up my iyan (eye) to the harayam (hills). Ayan (NO ONE) does my izar (help) bawaa (bring) from?

My izar (help) comes from Yahawah (), who ishah (make) shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens) and aratz (Earth/land).

He will not allow your ragal (feet / foot) to be mawat (moved). He who shamar (keep/guard) you will not nawam (slumber).

Behold, he who shamar (keep/guard) Yashar-Al (Israel) will neither nawam (slumber) nor sleep.

Yahawah () is your keeper. Yahawah () is your tzal (shade) on your yamayan (right hand) yad (hand).

The shamash (sun) will not harm you by yawamam (by day), nor the yarach (moon) by layal (night).

Yahawah () will shamar (keep/guard) you from all rai (evil). He will shamar (keep/guard) your napash (soul).

Yahawah () will shamar (keep/guard) your yatzaa (go out / come out) out and your bawaa (come) in, from this time forth, and forevermore.
