Psalms 135 — English–Hebrew Parallel

Halal (praise) Yah ()! Halal (praise) the sham (name) of Yahawah ()! Halal (praise) him, you ibaday (servants) of Yahawah (),

You who imad (stand) in the bayath (house) of Yahawah (), in the chatzarawath (courts) of our Alahayam () bayath (house).

Halal (praise) Yah (), for Yahawah () is tawab (good / proper function). Sing zamaraw (praises) to his sham (name), for that is naiyam (pleasant).

For Yah () has bachar (chosen) Yaiqab (Jacob) for himself; Yashar-Al (Israel) for his own sagalah (possession).

For I yadai (know) that Yahawah () is gadawal (very great/important/mighty), that our Adawan () is above all Alahayam ().

Whatever Yahawah () chapatz (pleased), that he ishah (make) done, in shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens) and in aratz (Earth/land), in the yamayam (seas) and in all thahawamawath (deeps);

Who causes the nashaayam (clouds) to ilah (go up / offer) from the qatzah (end / extremity / border) of the aratz (Earth/land); who ishah (make) baraqayam (lightnings) with the matar (rain); who yatzaa (go out / come out) forth the rawach (spirit / wind) out of his awatzar (treasuries);

Who nakah (struck) the bakawar (firstborn) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt), both of adam (man) and animal;

Who shalach (send) athawath (signs) and mapathayam (wonders) into the thawak (midst) of you, Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt), on Paraih (Pharaoh), and on all his ibad (servant);

Who nakah (struck) many gawayam (heathen), and nakah (killed) rab (mighty) malakayam (kings),

Sayachawan (Sihon) malak (king) of the Amaray (Amaray / Amorite), Iwag (Og) malak (king) of Bashan (Bashan), and all the mamalakawath (kingdoms) of Kanain (Canaan),

And nathan (give) their aratz (Earth/land) for a nachalah (heritage), a nachalah (heritage) to Yashar-Al (Israel), his im (nation / people).

Your sham (name), Yahawah (), endures iwalam (forever); your renown, Yahawah (), throughout all dawar (generation / age / period).

For Yahawah () will dayan (judge) his im (nation / people), and have compassion on his ibad (servant).

The itzabay (idols) of the gawayam (heathen) are kasap (silver) and zahab (gold), the maishah (work) of adam (men's) yaday (hands).

They have pah (mouths), but they can't dabar (word / matter). They have iyanayam (eyes), but they can't raah (see / saw).

They have azanayam (ears), but they can't azan (ear); neither is there any rawach (spirit / wind) in their pah (mouths).

Those who ishah (make) them will be like them; yes, everyone who batach (trusts) in them.

Bayath (house) of Yashar-Al (Israel), barak (blessed) Yahawah ()! Bayath (house) of Aharawan (Aaron), barak (blessed) Yahawah ()!

Bayath (house) of Laway (Levi), barak (blessed) Yahawah ()! You who yaraa (fear) Yahawah (), barak (blessed) Yahawah ()!

Barak (blessed) be Yahawah () from Tzayawan (Zion), Who shakan (place) at Yarawashalam (Jerusalem). Halal (praise) Yah ()!
