13 For he has chazaq (strengthened) the barayachay (bars) of your shair (gates). He has barak (blessed) your ban (son) inside you.
14 He shawam (place / establish / appoint) shalawam (peace / safety) in your gabawal (border/boundary). He shabai (fills) you with the chalab (finest) of the chatah (wheat).
15 He shalach (send) out his commandment to the aratz (Earth/land). His dabar (word / matter) rawatz (runs) very maharah (swiftly).
16 He nathan (give) shalag (snow) like tzamar (wool), and pazar (scatters) kapawar (frost) like ashes.
17 He shalak (hurls) down his hail like pebbles. Who can imad (stand) panayam (face) his qarah (cold)?
18 He shalach (send) out his dabar (word / matter), and masah (melts) them. He causes his rawach (spirit / wind) to nashab (blow), and the mayam (Waters) nazal (flow).
19 He shows his dabar (word / matter) to Yaiqab (Jacob - Patriarch); his chaq (statute) and his mashapat (ordinances) to Yashar-Al (Israel).
