It happened at the end of yawam (day) full years, that Paraih (Pharaoh) dreamed: and behold, he stood by the yaar (river).
Behold, there ilah (go up / offer) up out of the yaar (river) shabai (seven) cattle, sleek and barayaa (fat), and they raih (fed) in the marsh grass.
Behold, shabai (seven) other cattle ilah (go up / offer) up achar (other) them out of the yaar (river), ugly and daq (thin), and imad (stood) by the other cattle on the shapah (brink) of the yaar (river).
The ugly and daq (thin) cattle akal (eat) up the shabai (seven) sleek and barayaa (fat) cattle. So Paraih (Pharaoh) awoke.
He yashan (slept) and chalam (dream) a shanay (second) time: and behold, shabai (seven) shabalayam (heads) of grain ilah (go up / offer) up on achad (one) qanah (stalk), healthy and tawab (good / proper function).
Behold, shabai (seven) shabalayam (heads) of grain, daq (thin) and shadap (blasted) with the east qadayam (wind), tzamach (sprung) up achar (other) them.
The daq (thin) shabalayam (heads) of grain balai (swallowed) up the shabai (seven) healthy and malaa (full) shabalayam (ears). Paraih (Pharaoh) awoke, and behold, it was a chalawam (dream).
It happened in the baqar (morning) that his rawach (spirit / wind) was paim (troubled), and he shalach (send) and qaraa (called) for all of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt) charatamay (magicians) and chakam (wise) men. Paraih (Pharaoh) sapar (book) them his chalawam (dreams), but there was no one who could pathar (interpret) them to Paraih (Pharaoh).
Then the shar (prince / ruler) cupbearer dabar (word / matter) to Paraih (Pharaoh), amar (said), “I zakar (remember) my chataa (faults) today.
Paraih (Pharaoh) was qatzap (angry) with his ibad (servant), and nathan (give) me in custody in the bayath (house) of the shar (prince / ruler) of the tabach (guard), me and the shar (prince / ruler) baker.
We chalam (dream) a chalawam (dream) in achad (one) layal (night), I and he. We chalam (dream) each ayash (man / husband) according to the patharawan (interpretation) of his chalawam (dream).
There was with us there a nair (young) man, a ibaray (hebrew), ibad (servant) to the shar (prince / ruler) of the tabach (guard), and we sapar (book) him, and he pathar (interpreted) to us our chalawam (dreams). To each ayash (man / husband) according to his chalawam (dream) he pathar (interpreted).
It happened, as he pathar (interpreted) to us, so it was: he shawab (turn) me to my kan (for sure), and he hanged him.”
Then Paraih (Pharaoh) shalach (send) and qaraa (called) Yawasap (Joseph), and they rawatz (brought) him hastily out of the bawar (dungeon). He galach (shaved) himself, chalap (changed) his shamalah (clothing), and bawaa (bring) in to Paraih (Pharaoh).
Paraih (Pharaoh) amar (said) to Yawasap (Joseph), “I have chalam (dream) a chalawam (dream), and there is no one who can pathar (interpret) it. I have shamai (hearken / hear) it amar (said) of you, that when you shamai (hearken / hear) a chalawam (dream) you can pathar (interpret) it.”
Yawasap (Joseph) inah (answer / respond) Paraih (Pharaoh), amar (spoke), “It isn't in me. Alahayam () will inah (answer / respond) Paraih (Pharaoh) an inah (answer / respond) of shalawam (peace / safety).”
Paraih (Pharaoh) dabar (word / matter) to Yawasap (Joseph), “In my chalawam (dream), behold, I imad (stood) on the shapah (brink) of the yaar (river):
And behold, there ilah (go up / offer) up out of the yaar (river) shabai (seven) cattle, barayaa (fat) and sleek. They raih (fed) in the marsh grass,
And behold, shabai (seven) other cattle ilah (go up / offer) up achar (other) them, dalah (poor) and very ugly and raq (concept: what comes out / spittle), such as I laa (NOT) raah (see / saw) in all the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt) for ugliness.
The raq (concept: what comes out / spittle) and ugly cattle akal (eat) up the raashawan (first) shabai (seven) barayaa (fat) cattle,
And when they bawaa (bring) eaten them up, it couldn't be yadai (known) that they bawaa (bring) eaten them, but they were still ugly, as at the thachalah (beginning). So I awoke.
I raah (see / saw) in my chalawam (dream), and behold, shabai (seven) shabalayam (heads) of grain ilah (go up / offer) up on achad (one) qanah (stalk), malaa (full) and tawab (good / proper function):
And behold, shabai (seven) shabalayam (heads) of grain, tzanam (withered), daq (thin), and shadap (blasted) with the east qadayam (wind), tzamach (sprung) up achar (other) them.
The daq (thin) shabalayam (heads) of grain balai (swallowed) up the shabai (seven) tawab (good / proper function) shabalayam (heads) of grain. I amar (said) it to the charatamayam (magicians), but there was no nagad (one) who could explain it to me.”
Yawasap (Joseph) amar (spoke) to Paraih (Pharaoh), “The chalawam (dream) of Paraih (Pharaoh) is achad (one). What Alahayam () is ishah (make) to do he has nagad (declared) to Paraih (Pharaoh).
The shabai (seven) tawab (good / proper function) cattle are shabai (seven) shanayam (two); and the shabai (seven) tawab (good / proper function) shabalayam (heads) of grain are shabai (seven) shanayam (two). The chalawam (dream) is achad (one).
The shabai (seven) raq (concept: what comes out / spittle) and ugly cattle that ilah (go up / offer) up achar (other) them are shabai (seven) shanayam (two), and also the shabai (seven) rayaq (empty) shabalayam (heads) of grain shadap (blasted) with the east qadayam (wind); they will be shabai (seven) shanayam (two) of raib (famine).
That is the thing which I dabar (word / matter) to Paraih (Pharaoh). What Alahayam () is ishah (make) to do he raah (see) shown to Paraih (Pharaoh).
Behold, there bawaa (bring) shabai (seven) shanayam (two) of gadawal (very great/important/mighty) plenty throughout all the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt).
There will qawam (rise up) achar (other) them shabai (seven) shanay (second) of raib (famine), and all the plenty will be shakach (forgotten) in the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt). The raib (famine) will kalah (complete / finish) the aratz (Earth/land),
And the plenty yadai (will) not be known in the aratz (Earth/land) by panayam (face) of that raib (famine) which achar (other); for it will be very kabad (grievous).
The chalawam (dream) was shanah (doubled) to Paraih (Pharaoh), dabar (word / matter) the thing is kawan (established) by Alahayam (), and Alahayam () will mahar (shortly) ishah (make) it to pass.
“Now therefore let Paraih (Pharaoh) raah (see / saw) for a discreet and chakam (wise) ayash (man / husband), and shayath (put / appoint / make) him over the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt).
Let Paraih (Pharaoh) ishah (make) this, and let him paqad (visit) overseers over the aratz (Earth/land), and take up the chamash (fifth) part of the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt) produce in the shabai (seven) shabai (plenteous) shanay (second).
Let them qabatz (gather) all the akal (food) of these tawab (good / proper function) shanayam (two) that bawaa (bring), and tzabar (lay) up grain under the yad (hand) of Paraih (Pharaoh) for akal (food) in the irayam (cities), and let them shamar (keep/guard) it.
The akal (food) will be for a paqadawan (store) to the aratz (Earth/land) against the shabai (seven) shanay (second) of raib (famine), which will be in the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt); that the aratz (Earth/land) not karath (cut) through the raib (famine).”
The thing was yatab (good) in the iyanay (eyes) of Paraih (Pharaoh), and in the iyanay (eyes) of all his ibad (servant).
Paraih (Pharaoh) amar (spoke) to his ibad (servant), “Can we matzaa (find) such a one as zah (this / that / these), a ayash (man / husband) in whom is the rawach (spirit / wind) of Alahayam ()?”
Paraih (Pharaoh) amar (spoke) to Yawasap (Joseph), “Because Alahayam () yadai (has) shown you all of this, there is none so discreet and chakam (wise) as you.
You shall be over my bayath (house), and according to your pah (word) will all my im (nation / people) be nashaq (ruled). Only in the kasaa (throne) I will be greater than you.”
Paraih (Pharaoh) amar (said) to Yawasap (Joseph), “raah (see / saw), I nathan (give) set you over all the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt).”
Paraih (Pharaoh) sawar (took) off his signet tabaith (ring) from his yad (hand), and nathan (give) it on Yawasap (Joseph's) yad (hand), and arrayed him in bagaday (robes) of shash (six) linen, and shawam (place / establish / appoint) a zahab (gold) rabayad (chain) about his tzawaar (neck),
And he rakab (made) him to ride in the mashanah (second) marakabah (chariot) which he had. They qaraa (called) panayam (face) him, “abarak (bow) the knee!” He set him over all the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt).
Paraih (Pharaoh) amar (said) to Yawasap (Joseph), “I am Paraih (Pharaoh), and balaiday (without) you shall no ayash (man / husband) rawam (will lift up) up his yad (hand) or his ragal (feet / foot) in all the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt).”
Paraih (Pharaoh) qaraa (called) Yawasap (Joseph's) sham (name) Tzapanathapainach (Zaphenath-Paneah); and he nathan (give) him Asanath (Asenath), the banath (daughter) of Pawatayaparai (Potiphera) kahan (priest) of On as a ayashah (woman / wife). Yawasap (Joseph) yatzaa (go out / come out) out over the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt).
Yawasap (Joseph) was shalawashayam (thirty) shanah (years) ban (son) when he imad (stood) panayam (face) Paraih (Pharaoh) malak (king) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt). Yawasap (Joseph) yatzaa (go out / come out) out from the panayam (face) of Paraih (Pharaoh), and ibar (pass over/through) throughout all the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt).
In the shabai (seven) shabai (plenteous) shanay (second) the aratz (Earth/land) produced abundantly.
He qabatz (gathered) up all the akal (food) of the shabai (seven) shanayam (two) which were in the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt), and nathan (give) up the akal (food) in the irayam (cities): the akal (food) of the shadah (field), which was around every iyar (city), he nathan (give) up in the same.
Yawasap (Joseph) tzabar (laid) up grain as the chawal (sand) of the yam (sea/waters), very much, until he stopped sapar (book), for it was ayan (NO ONE) masapar (number).
To Yawasap (Joseph) were yalad (birth / begot) shanayam (two) banayam (sons) before the shanah (year) of raib (famine) bawaa (bring), whom Asanath (Asenath), the banath (daughter) of Pawatayaparai (Potiphera) kahan (priest) of On, yalad (birth / begot) to him.
Yawasap (Joseph) qaraa (called) the sham (name) of the bakawar (firstborn) Manashah (Manasseh), “For”, he said, “Alahayam () has made me nashah (forget) all my imal (toil), and all my ab (father) bayath (house).”

The shabai (seven) shanay (second) of plenty, that were in the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt), came to an kalah (complete / finish).
The shabai (seven) shanay (second) of raib (famine) chalal (began) to bawaa (bring), just as Yawasap (Joseph) had amar (said). There was raib (famine) in all aratzawath (lands), but in all the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt) there was lacham (bread).
When all the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt) was raib (famished), the im (nation / people) tzaiq (cried) to Paraih (Pharaoh) for lacham (bread), and Paraih (Pharaoh) amar (said) to all the Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt), “yalak (go) to Yawasap (Joseph).
