2 Yawasap (Joseph) tzawah (commanded) his ibad (servant), the rapaayam (physicians), to chanat (embalm) his ab (father); and the rapaayam (physicians) chanat (embalmed) Yashar-Al (Israel).
3 Arabaiyam (forty) yamay (days) were malaa (fulfilled) for him, for that is how many the yamay (days) it takes to chanat (embalm). The Matzaray (Egyptians) wept for him for shabaiyam (seventy) yamay (days).
4 When the yamay (days) of weeping for him were past, Yawasap (Joseph) dabar (word / matter) to the bayath (house) of Paraih (Pharaoh), amar (said), “If now I matzaa (have) found favor in your iyan (eye), please dabar (word / matter) in the azanay (ears) of Paraih (Pharaoh), amar (said),
5 ‘My ab (father) made me shabai (swear / take oath), amar (said), “hanah (Behold), I am dying. Bury me in my qabar (grave / tomb / sepulcher) which I have karah (dug) for myself in the aratz (Earth/land) of Kanain (Canaan).” Now therefore, please let me ilah (go up / offer) up and qabar (grave / tomb / sepulcher) my ab (father), and I will shawab (turn) again.’”
6 Paraih (Pharaoh) amar (said), “ilah (go up / offer) up, and qabar (grave / tomb / sepulcher) your ab (father), just like he made you shabai (swear / take oath).”
7 Yawasap (Joseph) ilah (go up / offer) up to qabar (grave / tomb / sepulcher) his ab (father); and with him ilah (go up / offer) up all the ibaday (servant of) of Paraih (Pharaoh), the zaqanay (elders) of his bayath (house), all the zaqanay (elders) of the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt),

20 As for you, you chashab (meant) rai (evil) against me, but Alahayam () chashab (meant) it for tawab (good / proper function), to ishah (make) to pass, as it is this yawam (day), to chayah (save) many im (nation / people) chayah (alive).
21 Now therefore don't be yaraa (fear / be afraid). I will kawal (all) you and your little tap (ones).” He nacham (turn away / repent) them, and dabar (word / matter) lab (heart) to them.
