1 Now these are the acharawan (last) dabaray (words) of Dawad (David). Dawad (David) the ban (son) of Yashay (Jesse) naam (declares prophetically), the gabar (man) who was qawam (rise up) on il (over) naam (declares prophetically), the mashayach (anointed one) of the Alahayam () of Yaiqab (Jacob), the naiyam (sweet) zamayar (psalmist) of Yashar-Al (Israel):
2 “The rawach (spirit / wind) of Yahawah () dabar (word / matter) by me. His malah (word) was on my lashawan (tongue / language).
3 The Alahayam () of Yashar-Al (Israel) amar (spoke), the tzawar (rock) of Yashar-Al (Israel) dabar (word / matter) to me, ‘One who mashal (rule/have dominion) over adam (men) righteously, who mashal (rule/have dominion) in the yaraah (fear) of Alahayam (),
4 Shall be as the awar (light) of the baqar (morning), when the shamash (sun) zarach (rises), a baqar (morning) laa (NOT) ibawath (clouds), when the tender dashaa (grass) springs out of the aratz (Earth/land), through clear nagah (shining) after matar (rain).’
5 Most certainly my bayath (house) is not so with Al, yet he has shawam (place / establish / appoint) with me an iwalam (eternity) barayath (covenant), irak (ordered) in all things, and shamar (keep/guard), for it is all my yashai (salvation), and all my chapatz (desire), although he doesn't tzamach (make) it grow.

11 Achar (other) him was Shamah (Shammah) the ban (son) of Agaa (Agee) a hararay (hararite). The Palashathay (Philistines) were asap (gathered) together into a chay (life), where there was a plot of shadah (ground) full of lentils; and the im (nation / people) nawas (fled) from the Palashathay (Philistines).
12 But he yatzab (stood) in the thawak (midst) of the plot, and natzal (defended) it, and nakah (killed) the Palashathay (Philistines); and Yahawah () ishah (make) a gadawal (very great/important/mighty) thashawaih (deliverance).
13 Three of the shalawashayam (thirty) raash (head) men yarad (went) down, and bawaa (bring) to Dawad (David) in the qatzayar (harvest) time to the mairah (cave) of Idalam (Adullam); and the chay (life) of the Palashathay (Philistines) was chanah (encamped) in the imaq (valley) of Rapaa (Rephaim).
14 Dawad (David) was then in the stronghold; and the matzab (garrison) of the Palashathay (Philistines) was then in Bayath-Lacham (Bethlehem).
15 Dawad (David) awah (longed), and amar (said), “Oh that one would give me mayam (Waters) to shaqah (drink) of the well of Bayath-Lacham (Bethlehem), which is by the shair (gate)!”
16 The shalawash (three) gabawar (mighty) men baqai (broke) through the machanah (army) of the Palashathay (Philistines), and shaab (drew) mayam (Waters) out of the well of Bayath-Lacham (Bethlehem), that was by the shair (gate), and nashaa (lift) it, and bawaa (come) it to Dawad (David): but he would not shathah (drinks) of it, but nasak (poured) it out to Yahawah ().
17 He amar (spoke), “Be it chalayalah (far) from me, Yahawah (), that I should ishah (make) this! Isn't it the dam (blood) of the ishaw (men) who halak (move) in napash (soul) of their lives?” Therefore he would not shathah (drinks) it. The shalawash (three) gabawar (mighty) men ishah (make) these things.
18 Abayashay (Abishai), the ach (brother/kinsman) of Yawaab (Yawaab / Joab), the ban (son) of Tzarawayah (Zeruiah), was raash (head) of the shalayashay (third). He iwar (rouse / awaken) up his chanayath (spear) against shalawash (three) maah (hundred) and chalal (killed) them, and had a sham (name) among the shalawash (three).
19 Wasn't he most honorable of the shalawash (three)? Therefore he was made their shar (prince / ruler): however he didn't bawaa (bring) to the shalawash (three).
20 Banayah (Benaiah) the ban (son) of Yahawayadai (Jehoiada), the ban (son) of a ban (son) ayash (man / husband) of Qabatzaal (Kabzeel), who had done rab (mighty) pailayam (deeds), he nakah (killed) the shanayam (two) Arayaal (sons) of Arayaal (Ariel) of Mawaab (Moab): he yarad (went) down also and nakah (killed) a aray (lion) in the thawak (midst) of a bawar (pit) in yawam (day) of shalag (snow).
21 He harag (kill) an Matzaray (Egyptian), a maraah (goodly) ayash (man / husband): and the Matzaray (Egyptian) had a chanayath (spear) in his yad (hand); but he yarad (went) down to him with a shabat (staff), and gazal (plucked) the chanayath (spear) out of the Matzaray (Egyptian's) yad (hand), and nakah (killed) him with his own chanayath (spear).
22 Banayah (Benaiah) the ban (son) of Yahawayadai (Jehoiada) ishah (make) these things, and had a sham (name) among the shalawash (three) gabawar (mighty) men.
23 He was more honorable than the shalawashayam (thirty), but he didn't bawaa (bring) to the shalawash (three). Dawad (David) shawam (place / establish / appoint) him over his mashamaith (guard).
24 Ishahaal (Asahel) the ach (brother/kinsman) of Yawaab (Yawaab / Joab) was one of the shalawashayam (thirty); Alachanan (Elhanan) the ban (son) of Dawadaw (Dodo) of Bayath-Lacham (Bethlehem),
