5 He imad (set) shapatayam (judges) in the aratz (Earth/land) throughout all the batzar (fortified) iray (cities) of Yahawadah (Yahawadah / Judah), iyar (city) by iyar (city),

9 He tzawah (commanded) them, amar (spoke), “Thus you shall ishah (make) in the yaraah (fear) of Yahawah (), faithfully, and with a shalam (full / whole / complete) labab (heart).
10 Whenever any controversy shall bawaa (come) to you from your ach (brother/kinsman) who yashab (inhabit/dwell) in their iyar (cities), between dam (blood) and dam (blood), between thawarah (instruction) and matzawah (commandment), chaqayam (statutes) and mashapatayam (ordinances), you shall zahar (warn) them, that they not be asham (guilty) towards Yahawah (), and so qatzap (wrath) come on you and on your ach (brother/kinsman). Ishah (make) kah (this), and you shall not be asham (guilty).
11 Behold, Amarayah (Amariah) the raash (head) kahan (priest) is over you in all dabar (word / matter) of Yahawah (); and Zabadayah (Zebadiah) the ban (son) of Yashamaial (Ishmael), the nagayad (ruler) of the bayath (house) of Yahawadah (Judah), in all the malak (king) dabar (word / matter): also the Lawayay (Levites) shall be shatarayam (officers) panayam (face) you. Ishah (make) courageously, and may Yahawah () be with the tawab (good / proper function).”
