1 Then Shalamah (Solomon) chalal (began) to banah (build) the bayath (house) of Yahawah () at Yarawashalam (Jerusalem) on har (mountain) Mawarayah (Moriah), where Yahawah () raah (see) to Dawad (David) his ab (father), which he prepared in the maqawam (place) that Dawad (David) had appointed, in the garan (threshing) floor of Aranan (Ornan) the Yabawasay (Jebusite).
2 He chalal (began) to banah (build) in the shanay (second) day of the shanay (second) chadash (month), in the arabai (four) shanah (year) of his malakawath (reign).
3 Now these are the foundations which Shalamah (Solomon) yasad (laid) for the banah (build) of the bayath (house) of Alahayam (). The arak (length) by amawath (cubits) after the raashawan (first) madah (measure) was shashayam (sixty) amawath (cubits), and the rachab (breadth) isharayam (twenty) amawath (cubits).
4 The awalam (porch) that panayam (face) in front, its arak (length), according to the rachab (breadth) of the bayath (house), was isharayam (twenty) amawath (cubits), and the gabah (height) one maah (hundred) isharayam (twenty); and he overlaid it panayamah (within) with tahawar (pure) zahab (gold).
5 The greater bayath (house) he made a chapah (ceiling) with barawash (fir) itz (wood), which he overlaid with tawab (good / proper function) zahab (gold), and ornamented it with thamar (palm) trees and sharasharawath (chains).
6 He garnished the bayath (house) with yaqar (precious) aban (stone) for thapaarah (beauty): and the zahab (gold) was zahab (gold) of Parawayam (Parvaim).
7 He overlaid also the bayath (house), the qarawath (beams), the sapayam (thresholds), and its qayarawath (walls), and its dalath (doors), with zahab (gold); and pathach (engraved) karawab (cherubim) on the qayarawath (walls).
8 He ishah (make) the most qadash (set apart / make holy) bayath (house): its arak (length), according to the rachab (breadth) of the bayath (house), was isharayam (twenty) amawath (cubits), and its rachab (breadth) isharayam (twenty) amawath (cubits); and he overlaid it with tawab (good / proper function) zahab (gold), amounting to shash (six) maah (hundred) kakarayam (talents).
9 The mashaqal (weight) of the masamarawath (nails) was chamashayam (fifty) shaqalayam (shekels) of zahab (gold). He overlaid the upper rooms with zahab (gold).
10 In the most qadash (set apart / make holy) bayath (house) he ishah (make) shanayam (two) karawab (cherubim) of tzaitzai (image) maishah (work); and they overlaid them with zahab (gold).
11 The kanapay (wings) of the karawab (cherubim) were isharayam (twenty) amawath (cubits) arak (length): the kanap (wing) of the achad (one) was chamash (five) amawath (cubits), nagai (reaching) to the qayar (wall) of the bayath (house); and the other kanap (wing) was chamash (five) amawath (cubits), nagai (reaching) to the kanap (wing) of the other karawab (cherub).
12 The kanap (wing) of the other karawab (cherub) was chamash (five) amawath (cubits), nagai (reaching) to the qayar (wall) of the bayath (house); and the other kanap (wing) was chamash (five) amawath (cubits), dabaq (joining) to the kanap (wing) of the other karawab (cherub).
13 The kanapay (wings) of these karawab (cherubim) parash (spread) themselves forth isharayam (twenty) amawath (cubits): and they imad (stood) on their ragal (feet / foot), and their panayam (face) were toward the bayath (house).
14 He ishah (make) the parakath (veil) of thakalath (blue), and aragaman (purple), and karamayal (crimson), and bawatz (fine) linen, and ornamented it with karawab (cherubim).
15 Also he ishah (make) panayam (face) the bayath (house) shanayam (two) imawadayam (pillars) of shalawashayam (thirty) - chamash (five) amawath (cubits) high, and the capital that was on the raash (head) of each of them was chamash (five) amawath (cubits).
16 He ishah (make) sharasharawath (chains) in the dabayar (oracle), and nathan (give) them on the raash (head) of the imadayam (those who stand); and he ishah (make) one maah (hundred) ramawanayam (pomegranates), and nathan (give) them on the sharasharawath (chains).
17 He qawam (rise up) up the imawadayam (pillars) panayam (face) the hayakal (temple), achad (one) on the right yamayan (right hand), and the other on the shamaawal (left hand); and qaraa (called) the sham (name) of that on the panayam (face) hand Yakayan (Jachin), and the sham (name) of that on the shamaalay (left) Baiz (Boaz).
