Of the banay (my son) of Bagaway (Bigvai), Iwathay (Uthai) and Zabawad (Zabbud); and with them shabaiyam (seventy) zakarayam (males).

I qabatz (gathered) them together to the nahar (river) that bawaa (bring) to Ahawaa (Ahava); and there we chanah (encamped) shalawash (three) yamayam (days): and I bayan (between) the im (nation / people), and the kahanayam (priests), and matzaa (found) there none of the banay (my son) of Laway (Levi).

Then shalach (send) I for Alayaizar (Eliezer), for Arayaal (Lion of Alahayam), for Shamaiyah (Shemaiah), and for Alanathan (Elnathan), and for Yarayab (Jarib), and for Alanathan (Elnathan), and for Nathan (give), and for Zakarayah (Zechariah), and for Mashalam (Meshullam), raash (head) men; also for Yawayarayab (Joiarib), and for Alanathan (Elnathan), who were teachers.

I yatzaa (go out / come out) them yatzaa (go out / come out) to Adaw (Iddo) the raash (head) at the maqawam (place) Kasapayaa (Casiphia); and I shawam (place / establish / appoint) them dabar (word / matter) they should shawam (place / establish / appoint) Adaw (Iddo), and his ach (brother/kinsman) the nathayan (nethinim), at the maqawam (place) Kasapayaa (Casiphia), that they should bawaa (come) to us masharathayam (ministers) for the bayath (house) of our Alahayam ().

According to the tawab (good / proper function) yad (hand) of our Alahayam () on us they bawaa (come) us a ayash (man / husband) of shakal (discretion), of the banay (sons) of Machalay (Mahli), the ban (son) of Laway (Levi), the ban (son) of Yashar-Al (Israel); and Sharabayah (Sherebiah), with his banay (sons) and his ach (brother/kinsman), eighteen;

And Chashabayah (Hashabiah), and with him Yashaiyah (Jeshaiah) of the banay (my son) of Mararay (Merari), his ach (brother/kinsman) and their banay (my son), isharayam (twenty);

And of the nathayan (nethinim), whom Dawad (David) and the sharayam (princes) nathan (give) given for the ibadah (service) of the Lawayay (Levites), two maah (hundred) and isharayam (twenty) nathayan (nethinim): all of them were mentioned by sham (name).

Then I qaraa (called) a tzawam (fast) there, at the nahar (river) Ahawaa (Ahava), that we might inah (oppress / afflict) ourselves panayam (face) our Alahayam (), to baqash (seek) of him a yashar (upright) darak (way) for us, and for our little tap (ones), and for all our rakawash (wealth / property / goods / possessions).

For I was bawash (ashamed) to shaal (ask) of the malak (king) a chayal (wealth / substance / capability / valor) of soldiers and horsemen to izar (help) us against the ayab (enemy) in the darak (way), because we had amar (spoke) to the malak (king), amar (spoke), “The yad (hand) of our Alahayam () is on all those who baqash (seek) him, for tawab (good / proper function); but his iz (strength / might / refuge) and his ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting) is against all those who izab (forsake) him.”

So we tzawam (fasted) and baqash (begged) our Alahayam () for this: and he was entreated of us.

Then I set apart shanayam (two) of the sharay (chiefs) of the kahanayam (priests), even Sharabayah (Sherebiah), Chashabayah (Hashabiah), and ishar (ten) of their ach (brother/kinsman) with them,

And shaqal (weighed) to them the kasap (silver), and the zahab (gold), and the kalayam (vessels), even the tharawamah (offering) for the bayath (house) of our Alahayam (), which the malak (king), and his yaitz (counselors), and his shar (prince / ruler), and all Yashar-Al (Israel) there matzaa (present), had rawam (will lift up):

I shaqal (weighed) into their yad (hand) shash (six) maah (hundred) chamashayam (fifty) kakarayam (talents) of kasap (silver), and kasap (silver) kalay (vessels) one maah (hundred) kakarayam (talents); of zahab (gold) one maah (hundred) kakarayam (talents);

And isharayam (twenty) bowls of zahab (gold), of one alap (thousand) darics; and shanayam (two) kalay (vessels) of tawab (good / proper function) bright nachashath (brass), chamadah (precious) as zahab (gold).

I amar (spoke) to them, “You are qadash (set apart / make holy) to Yahawah (), and the kalayam (vessels) are qadash (set apart / make holy); and the kasap (silver) and the zahab (gold) are a freewill nadabah (voluntary / freewill offering) to Yahawah (), the Alahayam () of your ab (father).

Shaqad (watch), and shamar (keep/guard) them, until you shaqal (weigh) them panayam (face) the sharay (chiefs) of the kahanayam (priests) and the Lawayay (Levites), and the sharay (princes) of the abawath (fathers)’ households of Yashar-Al (Israel), at Yarawashalam (Jerusalem), in the rooms of the bayath (house) of Yahawah ().”

So the kahanayam (priests) and the Lawayay (Levites) qabal (received) the mashaqal (weight) of the kasap (silver) and the zahab (gold), and the kalayam (vessels), to bawaa (come) them to Yarawashalam (Jerusalem) to the bayath (house) of our Alahayam ().

Then we departed from the nahar (river) Ahawaa (Ahava) on the shanayam (two) day of the raashawan (first) chadash (month), to yalak (go) to Yarawashalam (Jerusalem): and the yad (hand) of our Alahayam () was on us, and he natzal (delivered) us from the kap (hand) of the ayab (enemy) and the bandit by the darak (way).

We bawaa (bring) to Yarawashalam (Yarawashalam / Jerusalem), and stayed there shalawash (three) yamayam (days).

On the rabayaiy (fourth) yawam (day) the kasap (silver) and the zahab (gold) and the kalayam (vessels) were shaqal (weighed) in the bayath (house) of our Alahayam () into the yad (hand) of Maramawath (Meremoth) the ban (son) of Awarayah (Uriah) the kahan (priest); and with him was Alaizar (Eleazar) the ban (son) of Payanachas (Phinehas); and with them was Yawazabad (Jozabad) the ban (son) of Yashawai (Jeshua), and Nawaidayah (Noadiah) the ban (son) of Banaway (Binnui), the Lawayay (Levite);

The whole by masapar (number) and by mashaqal (weight): and all the mashaqal (weight) was kathab (write) at that ith (time).

The banay (children) of the gawalah (captivity), who bawaa (come) come out of exile, qarab (come close) burnt ilawath (offerings) to the Alahayam () of Yashar-Al (Israel), shanayam (two) parayam (bulls) for all Yashar-Al (Israel), thashaiyam (ninety) - shash (six) ayalayam (rams), shabaiyam (seventy) - shabai (seven) kabashayam (lambs), and shanayam (two) male tzapayaray (goats) for a chataah (sin) offering: all this was a burnt ilah (offering) to Yahawah ().

They nathan (give) the malak (king) dathay (commissions) to the malak (king) satraps, and to the pachawawath (governors) ibar (beyond) the nahar (river): and they nashaa (lift) the im (nation / people) and the bayath (house) of Alahayam ().
