1 Now it happened on the shalayashay (third) yawam (day) that Asathar (Esther) labash (put) on her malakawath (royal) clothing, and imad (stood) in the inner chatzar (court) of the malak (king) bayath (house), next to the malak (king) bayath (house). The malak (king) yashab (inhabit/dwell) on his malakawath (royal) kasaa (throne) in the malakawath (royal) bayath (house), next to the pathach (entrance) of the bayath (house).
2 When the malak (king) raah (see / saw) Asathar (Esther) the malakah (queen) imad (standing) in the chatzar (court), she nashaa (lift) favor in his iyan (eye); and the malak (king) yashat (held) out to Asathar (Esther) the zahab (gold) scepter that was in his yad (hand). So Asathar (Esther) qarab (come close) near, and nagai (touched) the raash (head) of the scepter.
3 Then the malak (king) asked her, “What would you like, malakah (queen) Asathar (Esther)? What is your baqashah (request)? It shall be nathan (give) you even to the chatzay (half) of the malakawath (kingdom).”
4 Asathar (Esther) amar (said), “If it seems tawab (good / proper function) to the malak (king), let the malak (king) and Haman (Haman) bawaa (bring) today to the mashathah (banquet) that I ishah (make) prepared for him.”
5 Then the malak (king) amar (said), “Bring Haman (Haman) mahar (quickly), so that it may be ishah (make) as Asathar (Esther) has dabar (word / matter).” So the malak (king) and Haman (Haman) bawaa (bring) to the mashathah (banquet) that Asathar (Esther) ishah (make) prepared.
6 The malak (king) amar (said) to Asathar (Esther) at the mashathah (banquet) of yayan (wine), “What is your shaalah (petition)? It shall be nathan (give) you. What is your baqashah (request)? Even to the chatzay (half) of the malakawath (kingdom) it shall be ishah (make).”
7 Then Asathar (Esther) inah (answer / respond) and amar (said), “My shaalah (petition) and my baqashah (request) is this.
8 If I matzaa (have) found favor in the iyan (eye) of the malak (king), and if it tawab (good / proper function) the malak (king) to nathan (give) my shaalah (petition) and to ishah (make) my baqashah (request), let the malak (king) and Haman (Haman) bawaa (bring) to the mashathah (banquet) that I will ishah (make) for them, and I will ishah (make) machar (tomorrow) as the malak (king) has dabar (word / matter).”
9 Then Haman (Haman) yatzaa (go out / come out) out that yawam (day) shamach (joyful) and tawab (good / proper function) of lab (heart), but when Haman (Haman) raah (see / saw) Maradakay (Mordecai) in the malak (king) shair (gate), that he didn't qawam (rise up) up nor zawai (move) for him, he was malaa (filled) with chamah (wrath) against Maradakay (Mordecai).
10 Nevertheless Haman (Haman) apaq (restrained) himself, and bawaa (bring) bayath (house). There, he shalach (send) and bawaa (bring) for his ahab (love) and Zarash (Zeresh) his ayashah (woman / wife).
11 Haman (Haman) recounted to them the kabawad (glory) of his riches, the rab (multitude) of his ban (son), all the things in which the malak (king) had gadal (promoted) him, and how he had nashaa (lift) him above the sharayam (princes) and ibaday (servant of) of the malak (king).
12 Haman (Haman) also amar (said), “Yes, Asathar (Esther) the malakah (queen) bawaa (bring) no man come in with the malak (king) to the mashathah (banquet) that she ishah (make) prepared but myself; and machar (tomorrow) I am also qaraa (called) by her together with the malak (king).
13 Yet all this shawah (avails) me nothing, so ith (long) as I raah (see / saw) Maradakay (Mordecai) the Yahawaday (Jew) sitting at the malak (king) shair (gate).”
14 Then Zarash (Zeresh) his ayashah (woman / wife) and all his ahab (love) amar (said) to him, “Let a itz (gallows) be ishah (make) chamashayam (fifty) amah (cubits) gabah (high), and in the baqar (morning) amar (said) to the malak (king) about thalah (hanging) Maradakay (Mordecai) on it. Then bawaa (bring) in merrily with the malak (king) to the mashathah (banquet).” This yatab (pleased) Haman (Haman), so he ishah (make) the itz (gallows) ishah (make).
