19 He yalak (leads) kahanayam (priests) away shawalal (stripped), and overthrows the ayathan (mighty).
20 He sawar (removes) the shapah (speech) of those who are aman (believe / have faith), and laqach (take / seize) away the taim (understanding) of the zaqanayam (elders).
21 He pours bawaz (contempt) on nadayabayam (princes), and loosens the belt of the strong.
22 He galah (uncovers) imaq (deep) things out of chashak (darkness), and yatzaa (go out / come out) out to awar (light) the shadow of tzalamawath (death).
23 He shagaa (increases) the gawayam (heathen), and he abad (destroy / perish) them. He shatach (enlarges) the gawayam (heathen), and he nachah (leads) them captive.
24 He sawar (takes) away lab (heart) from the raashay (chiefs) of the im (nation / people) of the aratz (Earth/land), and thaih (causes) them to wander in a thahaw (formless) where there is no darak (way).
25 They mashash (grope) in the chashak (darkness) without awar (light). He thaih (makes) them stagger like a drunken shakawar (man).
