Azan (ear) my teaching, my im (nation / people). Natah (turn) your azan (ear) to the amaray (Amaray / Amorite) of my pah (mouth).
I will pathach (open) my pah (mouth) in a mashal (parable). I will nabai (utter) chayadah (dark) sayings of qadam (old),
Which we have shamai (hearken / hear) and yadai (known), and our ab (father) have sapar (book) us.
We will not kachad (hide) them from their ban (son), sapar (book) to the dawar (generation / age / period) to acharawan (come) the thahalawath (praises) of Yahawah (), his izawaz (strength), and his wondrous palaa (be wonderful / extraordinary / marvelous) that he ishah (make) done.
For he qawam (rise up) a idawath (testimony) in Yaiqab (Jacob - Patriarch), and shawam (place / establish / appoint) a teaching in Yashar-Al (Israel), which he tzawah (commanded) our ab (father), that they should yadai (make) them known to their ban (son);
That the dawar (generation / age / period) to acharawan (come) might yadai (know), even the banayam (children) who should be yalad (birth / begot); who should qawam (rise up) and sapar (book) their banayam (children),
That they might shawam (place / establish / appoint) their kasal (hope) in Alahayam (), and not shakach (forget) the mailalay (works) of Al, but natzar (keep) his matzawah (commandments),
And might not be as their ab (father), a sarar (stubborn) and rebellious dawar (generation / age / period), a dawar (generation / age / period) that didn't kawan (make) their lab (heart) loyal, whose rawach (spirit / wind) was not steadfast with Al.
The banay (my son) of Aparayam (Ephraim), being nashaq (armed) and ramah (carrying) qashath (bows), hapak (turned) back in the yawam (day) of qarab (battle).
They didn't shamar (keep/guard) Alahayam () barayath (covenant), and maan (refused) to yalak (walk) in his thawarah (instruction).
They shakach (forgot) his ilayalah (doings), his wondrous ilayalah (works) that he raah (see / saw) shown them.
He ishah (make) marvelous things in the nagad (sight) of their ab (father), in the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt), in the shadah (field) of Tzain (Zoan).
He split the yam (sea/waters), and ibar (pass over/through) them to pass through. He made the mayam (Waters) natzab (stand) as a nad (heap).
In the yawamam (by day) he also nachah (led) them with a inan (cloud), and all layal (night) with a awar (light) of ash (fire).
He split tzarayam (rocks) in the madabar (wilderness), and shaqah (gave) them drink abundantly as out of the thahamawath (depths).
He yatzaa (go out / come out) nawazalayam (streams) also out of the salai (rock), and caused mayam (Waters) to yarad (run) down like naharawath (rivers).
Yet they still went on to chataa (sin) marah (against) him, to rebel against the Most ilayawan (Most High) in the desert.
They nasah (tempted) Al in their labab (heart) by shaal (asking) akal (food) according to their napash (soul).
Yes, they dabar (word / matter) against Alahayam (). They dabar (word / matter), “yakal (can) Al irak (prepare) a shalachan (table) in the madabar (wilderness)?
Behold, he nakah (struck) the tzawar (rock), so that mayam (Waters) zawab (flow) out, and nachalayam (streams) shatap (overflowed). Yakal (can) he nathan (give) lacham (bread) also? Will he kawan (provide) shaar (flesh) for his im (nation / people)?”
Therefore Yahawah () shamai (hearken / hear), and was angry. A ash (fire) was nashaq (kindled) against Yaiqab (Jacob), ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting) also ilah (go up / offer) up against Yashar-Al (Israel),
Because they didn't aman (believe / have faith) in Alahayam (), and didn't batach (trust) in his yashawaih (salvation).
Yet he tzawah (commanded) the shachaqayam (skies) mail (top/above), and pathach (opened) the dalathay (doors) of shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens).
He matar (rained) down man (from) on them to akal (eat), and nathan (give) them food from the sky.
Ayash (man / husband) akal (eat) the lacham (bread) of abayarayam (angels). He shalach (send) them lacham (food) to the shabai (full).
He caused the east qadayam (wind) to nasai (blow) in the sky. By his iz (strength / might / refuge) he nahag (guided) the south thayaman (wind).
He matar (rained) also shaar (flesh) on them as the ipar (dust); kanap (winged) iwap (flying) as the chawal (sand) of the yamayam (seas).
He napal (fall / be cast down) them fall in the qarab (among / near) of their machanah (camp), around their mashakan (habitations).
So they akal (eat), and were maad (well) shabai (filled). He bawaa (bring) them their own thaawah (desire).
They didn't zawar (turn) from their cravings. Their akal (food) was yet in their pah (mouths),
When the ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting) of Alahayam () ilah (go up / offer) up against them, harag (kill) some of their fattest, and struck down the bachawar (young) men of Yashar-Al (Israel).
For all this they still chataa (sinned), and didn't aman (believe / have faith) in his wondrous palaa (be wonderful / extraordinary / marvelous).
Therefore he kalah (complete / finish) their yawam (day) in habal (vanity), and their shanah (years) in bahalah (terror).
When he harag (kill) them, then they darash (inquired) after him. They shawab (turn) and sought Al earnestly.
They zakar (remember) that Alahayam () was their tzawar (rock), the Most ilayawan (Ilayawan) Al, their gaal (redeemer).
But they pathah (flattered) him with their pah (mouth), and lied to him with their lashawan (tongue / language).
For their lab (heart) was not kawan (right) with him, neither were they aman (believe / have faith) in his barayath (covenant).
But he, being rachawam (merciful), kapar (forgave) iwan (guilt/iniquity), and didn't shachath (destroy) them. Yes, many times he shawab (turn) his ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting) shawab (turn), and didn't iwar (rouse / awaken) up all his chamah (wrath).
He zakar (remember) that they were but bashar (flesh), a rawach (spirit / wind) that passes halak (move), and doesn't shawab (turn) again.
Mah (how) often they marah (rebelled) against him in the madabar (wilderness), and itzab (grieved) him in the yashayamawan (desert)!
They shawab (turn) again and nasah (tempted) Al, and provoked the qadawash (holy) One of Yashar-Al (Israel).
They didn't zakar (remember) his yad (hand), nor the yawam (day) when he padah (redeemed) them from the tzar (oppressor / distressor);
How he shawam (place / establish / appoint) his awath (sign / mark / miracle) in Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt), his awath (sign / mark / miracle) in the shadah (field) of Tzain (Zoan),
He hapak (turned) their yaar (rivers) into dam (blood), and their yaar (streams), so that they could not shathah (drinks).
He shalach (send) among them irab (evening) of flies, which akal (eat) them; and tzaparadai (frogs), which shachath (destroyed) them.
He nathan (give) also their yabawal (increase) to the chasayal (caterpillar), and their yagayai (labor) to the arabah (locust).
He harag (kill) their gapan (vines) with barad (hail), their shaqamah (sycamore) fig trees with chanamal (frost).
He sagar (gave) over their livestock also to the barad (hail), and their maqanah (flocks) to rashap (hot) thunderbolts.
He threw on them the charawan (fierceness) of his ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting), ibarah (wrath), zaim (indignation), and tzarah (trouble), and a band of malaakay (angels) of rai (evil).
He palas (made) a nathayab (path) for his ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting). He didn't chashak (darkness) their napash (soul) from mawath (death), but sagar (gave) their chay (life) over to the dabar (word / matter),
And nakah (struck) all the bakawar (firstborn) in Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt), the raashayath (beginning) of their awan (strength) in the ahalay (tents) of Cham (Ham).
But he led nasai (forth) his own im (nation / people) like tzaan (sheep), and nahag (guided) them in the madabar (wilderness) like a idar (flock).
He nachah (led) them safely, so that they weren't pachad (fear / dread), but the yam (sea/waters) kasah (overwhelmed) their ayab (enemy).
He bawaa (bring) them to the gabawal (border/boundary) of his qadash (set apart / make holy), to this har (mountain), which his right yamayan (right hand) had taken.
He also garash (drove) out the gawayam (heathen) panayam (face) them, allotted them for an nachalah (inheritance) by chabal (line), and made the shabatay (tribes) of Yashar-Al (Israel) to shakan (place) in their ahal (tents).
Yet they nasah (tempted) and marah (rebelled) against the Most ilayawan (Ilayawan) Alahayam (), and didn't shamar (keep/guard) his idah (testimonies);
But sawag (turned) back, and dealt bagad (treacherously) like their ab (father). They were hapak (turned) aside like a deceitful qashath (bow).
For they provoked him to kais (anger) with their bamah (high) places, and qanaa (jealous) him to jealousy with their engraved pasayal (images).
When Alahayam () shamai (hearken / hear) this, he was angry, and maad (greatly) maas (abhorred) Yashar-Al (Israel);
So that he forsook the mashakan (tent) of Shayalah (Shiloh), the mashakan (tent) which he shakan (place) among adam (men);
And nathan (give) his iz (strength / might / refuge) into shabay (captivity), his glory into the tzar (oppressor / distressor) yad (hand).
He also sagar (gave) his im (nation / people) over to the charab (sword), and was angry with his nachalah (inheritance).
Ash (fire) akal (eat) their bachawar (young) men. Their bathawalah (virgins) had no wedding song.
Their kahan (priest) napal (fall / be cast down) by the charab (sword), and their alamanah (widows) couldn't bakah (weep).
Then the Adanay () awakened as yashan (one) out of sleep, like a gabawar (mighty) man who ranan (shouts) by reason of yayan (wine).
He nakah (struck) his tzar (oppressor / distressor) backward. He nathan (give) them to a iwalam (eternity) charapah (reproach).
Moreover he maas (rejected) the ahal (tent) of Yawasap (Joseph), and didn't bachar (choose) the shabat (tribe) of Aparayam (Ephraim),
But bachar (chose) the shabat (tribe) of Yahawadah (Yahawadah / Judah), har (mountain) Tzayawan (Zion) which he ahab (love).
He banah (build) his maqadash (sanctuary) like the heights, like the aratz (Earth/land) which he has yasad (established) iwalam (eternity).
He also bachar (chose) Dawad (David) his ibad (servant), and laqach (take / seize) him from the makalaath (sheepfolds);
From achar (other) the ewes that have their iwal (young), he bawaa (bring) him to be the raih (shepherd) of Yaiqab (Jacob - Patriarch), his im (nation / people), and Yashar-Al (Israel), his nachalah (inheritance).
So he was their raih (shepherd) according to the tham (integrity) of his labab (heart), and nachah (guided) them by the skillfulness of his kap (hands).
