3 To shawam (place / establish / appoint) to those who abal (mourn) in Tzayawan (Zion), to nathan (give) to them a garland for ashes, the shaman (oil) of shashawan (joy) for abal (mourning), the maitah (garment) of thahalah (praise) for the rawach (spirit / wind) of kahah (heaviness); that they may be qaraa (called) ayalay (trees) of tzadaq (righteous / just / fair), the matai (planting) of Yahawah (), that he may be paar (glorified).
4 They shall banah (build) the iwalam (eternity) charabawath (wastes), they shall qawam (rise up) up the raashawan (former) desolations, and they shall chadash (repair) the charab (waste) iray (cities), the desolations of many dawar (generation / age / period).
5 Strangers shall imad (stand) and raih (feed) your tzaan (flocks), and foreigners shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
6 But you shall be qaraa (called) the kahanay (priests) of Yahawah (); men will amar (spoke) you the masharathay (ministers) of our Alahayam (): you will akal (eat) the wealth of the gawayam (nations), and you will yamar (boast) in their kabawad (glory).
7 Instead of your bashath (shame) you shall have mashanah (double); and instead of dishonor they shall ranan (rejoice) in their chalaq (portion): therefore in their aratz (Earth/land) they shall yarash (possess) mashanah (double); iwalam (eternity) shamachah (joy) shall be to them.
8 “For I, Yahawah (), ahab (love) mashapat (justice), I shanaa (hate) gazal (robbery) with ilah (iniquity); and I will nathan (give) them their recompense in amath (truth), and I will karath (cut) an iwalam (forever) barayath (covenant) with them.
9 Their zarai (seed) shall be yadai (known) among the gawayam (nations), and their tzaatzaa (offspring) thawak (midst) the imayam (peoples); all who raah (see) them shall nakar (acknowledge) them, that they are the zarai (seed) which Yahawah () has barak (blessed).”

11 For as the aratz (Earth/land) yatzaa (go out / come out) forth its tzamach (bud), and as the ganah (garden) causes the things that are zarawai (sown) in it to tzamach (spring) forth; so the Adanay () Yahawah () will cause tzadaqah (righteousness) and thahalah (praise) to tzamach (spring) forth before all the gawayam (nations).
