1 The dabar (word / matter) of Yahawah () came to me, amar (spoke),
2 “Ban (son) of adam (man), nabaa (prophesy) against the nabayaay (prophets) of Yashar-Al (Israel) who nabaa (prophesy), and amar (spoke) to those who nabayaa (prophet/prophecy) out of their own lab (heart), ‘shamai (hearken / hear) the dabar (word / matter) of Yahawah ():
3 Thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (), “haway (Alas/Woe!) To the foolish nabayaayam (prophets), who halak (move) their own rawach (spirit / wind), and raah (see) seen nothing!
4 Yashar-Al (Israel), your nabayaa (prophet/prophecy) have been like foxes in the charabah (waste) places.
5 You have not ilah (go up / offer) up into the paratzawath (gaps), neither built up the gadar (wall) for the bayath (house) of Yashar-Al (Israel), to imad (stand) in the malachamah (battle) in the yawam (day) of Yahawah ().
6 They have chazah (seen) falsehood and kazab (lying) qasam (divination), who naam (declares prophetically), ‘Yahawah () amarayam (says);’ but Yahawah () has not shalach (send) them: and they yachal (have) made men to hope that the dabar (word / matter) would be qawam (rise up).
7 Haven't you chazah (seen) a shawaa (vanity) machazah (vision), and haven't you dabar (word / matter) a shawaa (vanity) maqasam (divination), in that you amar (spoke), ‘Yahawah () naam (declares prophetically);’ but I have not amar (spoke)?”
8 “‘Therefore thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (): “Because you have dabar (word / matter) falsehood, and chazah (seen) kazab (lies), therefore, behold, I am against you,” naam (declares prophetically) the Adanay () Yahawah ().
9 “My yad (hand) shall be against the nabayaayam (prophets) who chazah (see) shawaa (vanity) visions, and who qasam (divine) kazab (lies): they shall not be in the council of my im (nation / people), neither shall they be kathab (write) in the kathab (write) of the bayath (house) of Yashar-Al (Israel), neither shall they bawaa (come) into the adamah (land) of Yashar-Al (Israel); and you shall yadai (know) that I am the Adanay () Yahawah ().”
10 “‘Because, even because they have taih (seduced) my im (nation / people), amar (said), “shalawam (peace / safety);” and there is no shalawam (peace / safety); and when one banah (build) up a chayatz (wall), hanah (Behold), they plaster it with whitewash:
11 Amar (said) those who plaster it with whitewash, that it shall napal (fall / be cast down): there shall be an shatap (overflowing) gasham (shower); and you, alagabayash (great) hailstones, shall napal (fall / be cast down); and a sair (stormy) rawach (spirit / wind) shall baqai (tear) it.
12 Behold, when the qayar (wall) napal (fall / be cast down) fallen, shall it not be amar (said) to you, “Where is the plaster with which you have plastered it?”
13 “‘Therefore thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (): “I will even baqai (tear) it with a sair (stormy) rawach (spirit / wind) in my chamah (wrath); and there shall be an shatap (overflowing) gasham (shower) in my ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting), and alagabayash (great) hailstones in chamah (wrath) to kalah (complete / finish) it.
14 So will I haras (break) down the qayar (wall) that you have plastered with whitewash, and nagai (bring) it down to the aratz (Earth/land), so that its yasawad (foundation) shall be galah (uncovered); and it shall napal (fall / be cast down), and you shall be kalah (complete / finish) in its thawak (midst): and you shall yadai (know) that I am Yahawah ().
15 Thus will I kalah (complete / finish) my chamah (wrath) on the qayar (wall), and on those who have plastered it with whitewash; and I will amar (said) you, ‘The qayar (wall) is no more, neither those who plastered it;
16 To wit, the nabayaay (prophets) of Yashar-Al (Israel) who nabaa (prophesy) concerning Yarawashalam (Jerusalem), and who chazah (see) chazawan (vision) of shalawam (peace / safety) for her, and there is no shalawam (peace / safety),’” naam (declares prophetically) the Adanay () Yahawah ().’”
17 You, ban (son) of adam (man), shawam (place / establish / appoint) your panayam (face) against the banawath (daughters) of your im (nation / people), who nabaa (prophesy) out of their own lab (heart); and nabaa (prophesy) against them,
18 And amar (spoke), “Thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (): ‘haway (Alas/Woe!) To the women who thapar (sew) kasathawath (pillows) on all elbows, and ishah (make) masapachawath (kerchiefs) for the raash (head) of persons of every qawamah (stature) to tzawad (hunt) napashawath (souls)! Will you tzawad (hunt) the napashawath (souls) of my im (nation / people), and chayah (save) napashawath (souls) chayah (alive) for yourselves?
19 You have chalal (profaned) me among my im (nation / people) for shailay (handfuls) of shairah (barley) and for pathawathay (pieces) of lacham (bread), to mawath (death) the napashawath (souls) who should not mawath (death), and to chayah (save) the napashawath (souls) chayah (alive) who should not chayah (live), by your kazab (lying) to my im (nation / people) who shamai (hearken / hear) to kazab (lies).’
20 “Therefore thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (): ‘Behold, I am against your kasath (pillows), with which you there tzawad (hunt) the napashawath (souls) to parach (make) them fly, and I will qarai (tear) them from your zarawai (arms); and I will let the napashawath (souls) shalach (send), even the napashawath (souls) whom you tzawad (hunt) to parach (make) them fly.
21 Your masapachah (kerchiefs) also will I qarai (tear), and natzal (deliver) my im (nation / people) out of your yad (hand), and they shall be no more in your yad (hand) to be matzawad (hunted); and you shall yadai (know) that I am Yahawah ().
22 Because with shaqar (lies) you have kaah (grieved) the lab (heart) of the tzadayaq (righteous), whom I have not kaah (made) sad; and chazaq (strengthened) the yaday (hands) of the rai (wicked), that he should not shawab (turn) from his rashai (wicked) darak (way), and be chayah (saved) alive:
23 Therefore you shall no more chazah (see) shawaa (vanity) visions, nor practice qasam (divination). I will natzal (deliver) my im (nation / people) out of your yad (hand); and you shall yadai (know) that I am Yahawah ().’”
