1 The dabar (word / matter) of Yahawah () came to me, amar (spoke),
2 “Ban (son) of adam (man), shawam (place / establish / appoint) your panayam (face) toward the banay (children) of Imawan (Ammon), and nabaa (prophesy) against them:
3 And amar (spoke) the banay (children) of Imawan (Ammon), ‘shamai (hearken / hear) the dabar (word / matter) of the Adanay () Yahawah (): Thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (), “Because you amar (spoke), ‘haach (aha),’ against my maqadash (sanctuary), when it was chalal (profaned); and against the adamah (land) of Yashar-Al (Israel), when it was shamam (made) desolate; and against the bayath (house) of Yahawadah (Judah), when they halak (move) into gawalah (captivity):
4 Therefore, behold, I will nathan (give) you to the banay (my son) of the qadam (east) for a mawarashah (possession), and they shall yashab (inhabit/dwell) their encampments in you, and nathan (give) their mashakan (dwellings) in you; they shall akal (eat) your paray (fruit), and they shall shathah (drinks) your chalab (milk).
5 I will nathan (give) Rabah (Rabbah) a nawah (habitation) for gamalayam (camels), and the banay (children) of Imawan (Ammon) a resting marabatz (place) for tzaan (flocks): and you shall yadai (know) that I am Yahawah ().”
6 For thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (): “Because you have machaa (clapped) your yad (hand), and raqai (stamped) with the ragal (feet / foot), and shamach (rejoiced) with all the shaat (despite) of your napash (soul) against the adamah (land) of Yashar-Al (Israel);
7 Therefore, behold, I have natah (stretched) out my yad (hand) on you, and will nathan (give) you for a bag (spoil) to the gawayam (nations); and I will karath (cut) you off from the imayam (peoples), and I will cause you to abad (destroy / perish) out of the aratzawath (countries): I will shamad (destroy) you; and you shall yadai (know) that I am Yahawah ().”
8 “‘Thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (): “yain (because) Mawaab (Moab) and Shaiyar (Seir) amar (spoke), ‘Behold, the bayath (house) of Yahawadah (Judah) is like all the gawayam (nations);’
9 Therefore, behold, I will pathach (open) the kathap (side) of Mawaab (Moab) from the irayam (cities), from his irayam (cities) which are on his qatzah (end / extremity / border), the glory of the aratz (Earth/land), Bayathahayashayamawath (Beth Jeshimoth), Bailamaiwan (Baal Meon), and Qarayathayam (Kiriathaim),
10 To the banay (children) of the qadam (east), to go against the banay (children) of Imawan (Ammon); and I will nathan (give) them for a mawarashah (possession), that the banay (children) of Imawan (Ammon) may not be zakar (remember) among the gawayam (nations).
11 And I will ishah (make) shapatayam (judgments) on Mawaab (Moab); and they shall yadai (know) that I am Yahawah ().”
12 “‘Thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (): “Because Adawam (Edom) ishah (make) dealt against the bayath (house) of Yahawadah (Judah) by naqam (taking) naqam (vengeance), and has asham (greatly) asham (offended), and naqam (revenged) himself on them;”
13 Therefore thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (), “I will natah (stretch) out my yad (hand) on Adawam (Edom), and will karath (cut) off adam (man) and animal from it; and I will nathan (give) it charabah (desolate) from Thayaman (Teman); even to Dadan (Dedan) shall they napal (fall / be cast down) by the charab (sword).
14 I will nathan (give) my naqamah (vengeance) on Adawam (Edom) by the yad (hand) of my im (nation / people) Yashar-Al (Israel); and they shall ishah (make) in Adawam (Edom) according to my ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting) and according to my chamah (wrath); and they shall yadai (know) my naqamah (vengeance),” naam (declares prophetically) the Adanay () Yahawah ().
15 “‘Thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (): “Because the Palashathay (Philistines) ishah (make) dealt by naqamah (revenge), and have naqam (taken) naqam (vengeance) with shaat (despite) of napash (soul) to mashachayath (destroy) with iwalam (forever) enmity;”
16 Therefore thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (), “Behold, I will natah (stretch) out my yad (hand) on the Palashathay (Philistines), and I will karath (cut) off the Karathay (Cherethites), and abad (destroy / perish) the shaarayath (remnant) of the yam (sea/waters) chawap (coast).
17 I will ishah (make) gadawal (very great/important/mighty) naqamah (vengeance) on them with chamah (wrathful) thawakachawath (rebukes); and they shall yadai (know) that I am Yahawah (), when I shall nathan (give) my naqamah (vengeance) on them.”’”
