1 It happened in the ishathay (eleven) shanah (year), in the achad (one) day of the chadash (month), that the dabar (word / matter) of Yahawah () came to me, amar (spoke),
2 “Ban (son) of adam (man), because Tzar (Tyre) has amar (said) against Yarawashalam (Yarawashalam / Jerusalem), ‘haach (aha), she is shabar (broken): the dalath (gate) of the imayam (peoples); she is sabab (turned) to me; I shall be malaa (replenished), now that she is charab (laid) waste:’
3 Therefore thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (), ‘Behold, I am against you, Tzar (Tyre), and will cause many gawayam (nations) to ilah (go up / offer) up against you, as the yam (sea/waters) causes its gal (waves) to ilah (go up / offer) up.
4 They shall shachath (destroy) the chamawath (walls) of Tzar (Tyre), and haras (break) down her magadal (towers): I will also sachah (scrape) her ipar (dust) from her, and nathan (give) her a bare salai (rock).
5 She shall be a place for the mashatawach (spreading) of charamayam (nets) in the thawak (midst) of the yam (sea/waters); for I have dabar (word / matter) it,’ naam (declares prophetically) the Adanay () Yahawah (); ‘and she shall become a baz (spoil) to the gawayam (nations).
6 Her banath (daughter) who are in the shadah (field) shall be harag (kill) with the charab (sword): and they shall yadai (know) that I am Yahawah ().’
7 “For thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (): ‘Behold, I will bawaa (come) on Tzar (Tyre) Nabawakadanaatzar (Nebuchadnezzar) malak (king) of Babal (Babylon), malak (king) of malakayam (kings), from the tzapawan (north), with sawas (horses), and with rakab (chariots), and with horsemen, and a qahal (company), and many im (nation / people).
8 He shall harag (kill) your banath (daughter) in the shadah (field) with the charab (sword); and he shall nathan (give) dayaq (forts) against you, and shapak (cast) up a mound qawam (rise up) you, and raise up the tzanah (buckler) against you.
9 He shall nathan (give) his battering machay (engines) against your chawamah (walls), and with his charab (sword) he shall nathatz (break) down your magadal (towers).
10 By reason of the shapaih (abundance) of his sawas (horses) their abaq (dust) shall kasah (cover) you: your chawamah (walls) shall raish (shake) at the qawal (sound / voice) of the horsemen, and of the wagons, and of the rakab (chariots), when he shall bawaa (bring) into your shair (gates), as mabawaay (men) enter into a iyar (city) in which is baqai (made) a breach.
11 With the parasawath (hoofs) of his sawas (horses) shall he ramas (tread) down all your chawatz (streets); he shall harag (kill) your im (nation / people) with the charab (sword); and the matzabawath (pillars) of your iz (strength / might / refuge) shall yarad (go) down to the aratz (Earth/land).
12 They shall shalal (make) a spoil of your riches, and make a bazaz (prey) of your rakalah (merchandise); and they shall haras (break) down your chawamah (walls), and nathatz (destroy) your chamadah (pleasant) bathay (houses); and they shall shawam (place / establish / appoint) your aban (stone) and your itz (timber) and your ipar (dust) in the thawak (midst) of the mayam (Waters).
13 I will cause the hamawan (noise) of your shayar (song) to shabath (shabath / rest); and the qawal (sound / voice) of your kanawar (harps) shall be no more shamai (hearken / hear).
14 I will nathan (give) you a bare salai (rock); you shall be a place for the mashatawach (spreading) of charamayam (nets); you shall be banah (build) no more: for I Yahawah () have dabar (word / matter) it,’ naam (declares prophetically) the Adawan () Yahawah ().
15 “Thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah () to Tzar (Tyre): ‘shall not the ayayam (islands) raish (shake) at the qawal (sound / voice) of your mapalath (fall), when the chalal (wounded) anaq (groan), when the harag (kill) is harag (kill) in the thawak (midst) of you?
16 Then all the nashayaay (princes) of the yam (sea/waters) shall yarad (come) down from their kasaa (thrones), and sawar (lay) aside their maiyal (robes), and pashat (strip) off their embroidered bagaday (garments): they shall labash (clothe) themselves with charadah (trembling); they shall yashab (inhabit/dwell) on the aratz (Earth/land), and shall charad (tremble) every ragai (in an instance), and be shamam (astonished) at you.
17 They shall nashaa (lift) up a qayanah (lamentation) over you, and amar (said) you, “How you are abad (destroy / perish), who were yashab (inhabit/dwell) by seafaring yamayam (men), the halal (praise) iyar (city), who was chazaq (strong) in the yam (sea/waters), she and her yashab (inhabit/dwell), who nathan (give) their chathayath (terror) to be on all who lived there!”
18 Now shall the ayan (NO ONE) charad (tremble) in the yawam (day) of your mapalath (fall); yes, the ayan (NO ONE) that are in the yam (sea/waters) shall be bahal (dismayed) at your departure.’
19 “For thus amar (spoke) the Adanay () Yahawah (): ‘When I shall nathan (give) you a charab (desolate) iyar (city), like the irayam (cities) that are not yashab (inhabit/dwell); when I shall ilah (go up / offer) up the thahawam (depths) on you, and the rab (great) mayam (Waters) shall kasah (cover) you;
20 Then will I yarad (bring) you down with those who descend into the bawar (pit), to the im (nation / people) of iwalam (eternity) time, and will make you to dwell in the lower thachathayawath (parts) of the aratz (Earth/land), in the places that are charabah (desolate) of iwalam (eternity), with those who yarad (go) down to the bawar (pit), that you be not yashab (inhabit/dwell); and I will nathan (give) glory in the aratz (Earth/land) of the chay (life):
21 I will nathan (give) you a balahah (terror), and you shall no more have any being; though you are baqash (sought) for, yet you will iwalam (forever) be matzaa (found) again,’ naam (declares prophetically) the Adanay () Yahawah ().”
