6 If the person is from a chadash (month) ban (son) even to chamash (five) shanayam (two) ban (son), then your valuation shall be for a zakar (remember) chamash (five) shaqalayam (shekels) of kasap (silver), and for a naqabah (female) your valuation shall be shalawash (three) shaqalayam (shekels) of kasap (silver).
7 If the person is from shashayam (sixty) shanah (years) ban (son) and upward; if it is a zakar (remember), then your valuation shall be chamash (fifteen) shaqalayam (shekels), and for a naqabah (female) ishar (ten) shaqalayam (shekels).
8 But if he is mawak (poorer) than your valuation, then he shall be imad (set) panayam (face) the kahan (priest), and the kahan (priest) shall irak (value) him; pah (according) to the ability of him who nadar (vow) shall the kahan (priest) irak (value) him.
9 “‘If it is an animal, of which men qarab (come close) an qaraban (offering) to Yahawah (), all that any man nathan (give) of such to Yahawah () becomes qadash (set apart / make holy).
10 He shall not chalap (alter) it, nor mawar (change) it, a tawab (good / proper function) for a rai (bad), or a rai (bad) for a tawab (good / proper function): and if he shall at mawar (all) mawar (change) animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is thamawarah (changed) shall be qadash (set apart / make holy).
11 If it is any tamaa (unclean) animal, of which they do not qarab (come close) as an qaraban (offering) to Yahawah (), then he shall imad (set) the animal panayam (face) the kahan (priest);
12 And the kahan (priest) shall irak (value) it, bayan (between) it is tawab (good / proper function) or rai (bad). As you the kahan (priest) values it, so shall it be.
13 But if he will indeed gaal (redeem) it, then he shall yasap (add) the chamayashay (fifth) part of it to its valuation.
14 “‘When a ayash (man / husband) qadash (set apart / make holy) his bayath (house) to be qadash (set apart / make holy) to Yahawah (), then the kahan (priest) shall evaluate it, whether it is tawab (good / proper function) or rai (bad): as the kahan (priest) shall evaluate it, so shall it qawam (rise up).
15 If he who qadash (set apart / make holy) it will gaal (redeem) his bayath (house), then he shall yasap (add) the chamayashay (fifth) part of the kasap (money) of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.
16 “‘If a ayash (man / husband) qadash (set apart / make holy) to Yahawah () part of the shadah (field) of his achazah (possession), then your valuation shall be pah (according) to the zarai (seed) for it: the zarai (sowing) of a chamar (homer) of shairah (barley) shall be valued at chamashayam (fifty) shaqal (shekels) of kasap (silver).
17 If he qadash (set apart / make holy) his shadah (field) from the shanah (year) of yawabal (jubilee), according to your valuation it shall qawam (rise up).
18 But if he qadash (set apart / make holy) his shadah (field) achar (other) the yawabal (jubilee), then the kahan (priest) shall chashab (reckon) to him the kasap (money) pah (according) to the shanayam (two) that yathar (remain) to the shanah (year) of yawabal (jubilee); and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.
19 If he who qadash (set apart / make holy) the shadah (field) will indeed gaal (redeem) it, then he shall yasap (add) the chamayashay (fifth) part of the kasap (money) of your valuation to it, and it shall qawam (rise up) his.
20 If he will not gaal (redeem) the shadah (field), or if he has makar (sold) the shadah (field) to achar (other) ayash (man / husband), it shall not be gaal (redeemed) any more;
21 But the shadah (field), when it yatzaa (go out / come out) out in the yawabal (jubilee), shall be qadash (set apart / make holy) to Yahawah (), as a shadah (field) charam (devoted); it shall be owned by the kahan (priest).
22 “‘If he qadash (set apart / make holy) to Yahawah () a shadah (field) which he has maqanah (bought), which is not of the shadah (field) of his achazah (possession),
23 Then the kahan (priest) shall chashab (reckon) to him the makasah (worth) of your valuation up to the shanah (year) of yawabal (jubilee); and he shall nathan (give) your valuation on that yawam (day), as a qadash (set apart / make holy) thing to Yahawah ().
24 In the shanah (year) of yawabal (jubilee) the shadah (field) shall shawab (turn) to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the achazah (possession) of the aratz (Earth/land) belongs.
25 All your valuations shall be according to the shaqal (shekel) of the qadash (set apart / make holy): isharayam (twenty) garah (gerahs) to the shaqal (shekel).
26 “‘Only the bakawar (firstborn) among animals, which is bakar (made) a firstborn to Yahawah (), no ayash (man / husband) may qadash (set apart / make holy) it; whether an shawar (ox) or shah (sheep), it is Yahawah ().
27 If it is an tamaa (unclean) animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall yasap (add) to it the chamayashay (fifth) gaal (part) of it: or if it isn't redeemed, then it shall be makar (sold) according to your valuation.
28 “‘Notwithstanding, no charam (devoted) thing, that a ayash (man / husband) shall charam (devote) to Yahawah () of all that he has, whether of adam (man) or animal, or of the shadah (field) of his achazah (possession), shall be makar (sold) or gaal (redeemed): every charam (devoted) thing is most qadash (set apart / make holy) to Yahawah ().
29 “‘No one charam (devoted), who shall be charam (devoted) from among adam (men), shall be padah (ransomed); he shall mawath (death) be put to mawath (death).
30 “‘All the maishar (tithe) of the aratz (Earth/land), whether of the zarai (seed) of the aratz (Earth/land) or of the paray (fruit) of the itz (trees), is Yahawah (). It is qadash (set apart / make holy) to Yahawah ().
31 If a ayash (man / husband) gaal (redeems) anything of his maishar (tithe), he shall yasap (add) a chamayashay (fifth) part to it.
32 All the maishar (tithe) of the baqar (morning) or the tzaan (flocks), whatever passes under the shabat (rod), the ishayaray (tenth) shall be qadash (set apart / make holy) to Yahawah ().
33 He shall not baqar (morning) whether it is tawab (good / proper function) or rai (bad), neither shall he mawar (change) it: and if he mawar (changes) it at mawar (all), then both it and that for which it is thamawarah (changed) shall be qadash (set apart / make holy). It shall not be gaal (redeemed).’”
