1 I nashaa (lift) up my iyan (eye), and raah (see / saw), and behold, arabai (four) qaran (horn).
2 I asked the malaak (angel / messenger of Yah) who dabar (word / matter) with me, “What are these?” He amar (said) me, “These are the qaran (horn) which have zarah (scattered) Yahawadah (Yahawadah / Judah), Yashar-Al (Israel), and Yarawashalam (Yarawashalam / Jerusalem).”
3 Yahawah () showed me arabai (four) craftsmen.
4 Then I asked, “What are these bawaa (bring) to ishah (make)?” He amar (said), “These are the qaran (horn) which zarah (scattered) Yahawadah (Yahawadah / Judah), so that no ayash (man / husband) nashaa (lift) up his raash (head); but these bawaa (bring) come to terrify them, to yadah (cast) down the qaran (horn) of the gaway (heathen / nation), which nashaa (lift) up their qaran (horn) against the aratz (Earth/land) of Yahawadah (Yahawadah / Judah) to zarah (scatter) it.”
5 I nashaa (lift) up my iyan (eye), and raah (see / saw), and behold, a man with a measuring line in his hand.
6 Then I asked, “Where are you going?” He amar (said) to me, “To measure Yarawashalam (Yarawashalam / Jerusalem), to see mah (what) is its breadth and what is its length.”
7 Behold, the angel who talked with me went forth, and raah (see / saw) angel went out to raah (see / saw) him,
8 And amar (spoke) to him, “bawaa (come), amar (spoke) to alah (these) young man, amar (spoke), ‘Yarawashalam (Jerusalem) will be inhabited as villages without walls, because of the multitude of ishah (make) and livestock in it.
9 For I,’ says Yahawah (), ‘will be to her a wall of fire around it, and I will be the glory in the midst of her.
10 Come! Come! Flee from the land of the north,’ amar (spoke) Yahawah (); ‘for I have halak (move) you abroad as the four winds of the sky,’ amar (spoke) Yahawah ().
11 ‘Come, Tzayawan (Zion)! Yatzaa (go out / come out), you who dwell with the daughter of Babal (Babylon).’
12 For thus amar (spoke) Yahawah () of Armies: ‘For honor he has sent me to the nations which plundered you; for he who touches you touches the apple of his eye.
13 For, behold, I will shake my hand over them, and they will be a spoil to those who served them; and you will know that Yahawah () of Armies has sent me.
