They shall be lawah (joined) to you, and shamar (keep/guard) the responsibility of the ahal (tent) of Meeting, for all the ibadah (service) of the ahal (tent): and a stranger shall not qarab (come close) near to you.

“You shall perform the duty of the qadash (set apart / make holy), and the duty of the mazabach (altar); that there be no more qatzap (wrath) on the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel).

I, behold, I have laqach (take / seize) your ach (brother/kinsman) the Lawayay (Levites) from thawak (midst) the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel): to you they are a mathanah (gift), nathan (give) to Yahawah (), to ibad (servant) the ibadah (service) of the ahal (tent) of Meeting.

This shall be yours of the most qadash (set apart / make holy) things from the ash (fire): every qaraban (offering) of theirs, even every meal manachah (offering) of theirs, and every chataah (sin) offering of theirs, and every asham (trespass) offering of theirs, which they shall shawab (turn) to me, shall be most qadash (set apart / make holy) for you and for your ban (son).

You shall akal (eat) of it like the most qadash (set apart / make holy) things. Every zakar (remember) shall akal (eat) of it. It shall be qadash (set apart / make holy) to you.

“This is yours, too: the wave tharawamah (offering) of their mathan (gift), even all the wave thanawapath (offerings) of the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel). I nathan (give) given them to you, and to your banay (my son) and to your banath (daughter) with you, as a chaq (statute) iwalam (eternity). Everyone who is tahawar (clean) in your bayath (house) shall akal (eat) of it.

“All the chalab (best) of the yatzahar (fresh oil), and all the chalab (best) of the vintage, and of the grain, the raashayath (beginning) fruits of them which they nathan (give) to Yahawah (), to you nathan (give) I given them.

“Everything charam (devoted) in Yashar-Al (Israel) shall be yours.

Everything that patar (opens) the racham (womb), of all bashar (flesh) which they qarab (come close) to Yahawah (), both of adam (man) and animal shall be yours: nevertheless you shall padah (surely) padah (redeem) the bakawar (firstborn) of adam (man), and you shall padah (redeem) the bakawar (firstborn) of tamaa (unclean) animals.

You shall padah (redeem) those who are to be padah (redeemed) of them from a chadash (month) ban (son), according to your irak (estimation), for chamash (five) shaqalayam (shekels) of kasap (money), after the shaqal (shekel) of the qadash (set apart / make holy) (the same is isharayam (twenty) garah (gerahs)).

“But you shall not padah (redeem) the bakawar (firstborn) of a shawar (cow), or the bakawar (firstborn) of a sheep, or the bakawar (firstborn) of a iz (goat). They are qadash (set apart / make holy). You shall zaraq (sprinkle) their dam (blood) on the mazabach (altar), and shall qatar (burn) their chalab (fat) for an ashah (fire / offering made by fire) made by fire, for a pleasant aroma to Yahawah ().

Their bashar (flesh) shall be yours, as the thanawapah (wave) offering chazah (breast) and as the yamayan (right hand) shawaq (thigh), it shall be yours.

All the wave tharawamath (offerings) of the qadash (set apart / make holy) things, which the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel) rawam (will lift up) to Yahawah (), nathan (give) I given you, and your banay (sons) and your banath (daughter) with you, as a chaq (statute) iwalam (forever): it is a barayath (covenant) of malach (salt) iwalam (forever) panayam (face) Yahawah () to you and to your zarai (seed) with you.”

Yahawah () amar (spoke) to Aharawan (Aaron), “You shall have no nachal (inheritance) in their aratz (Earth/land), neither shall you have any chalaq (portion) thawak (midst) them. I am your chalaq (portion) and your nachalah (inheritance) thawak (midst) the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel).

“To the banay (my son) of Laway (Levi), behold, I nathan (give) given all the tithe in Yashar-Al (Israel) for an nachalah (inheritance), in chalap (return) for their ibadah (service) which they ibad (servant), even the ibadah (service) of the ahal (tent) of Meeting.

Iwad (more/again) the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel) shall not qarab (come close) near the ahal (tent) of Meeting, lest they nashaa (lift) chataa (sin), and mawath (death).

But the Lawayay (Levites) shall ibad (servant) the ibadah (service) of the ahal (tent) of Meeting, and they shall nashaa (lift) their iwan (guilt/iniquity): it shall be a chaqah (statute) iwalam (eternity) throughout your dawar (generation / age / period); and thawak (midst) the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel) they shall nachal (have) no nachalah (inheritance).

For the maishar (tithe) of the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel), which they rawam (will lift up) as a wave tharawamah (offering) to Yahawah (), I nathan (give) given to the Lawayay (Levites) for an nachalah (inheritance): therefore I have amar (spoke) to them, ‘thawak (midst) the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel) they shall nachal (have) no nachalah (inheritance).’”

Yahawah () dabar (word / matter) to Mashah (Moses), amar (spoke),

“Moreover you shall dabar (word / matter) to the Lawayay (Levites), and amar (spoke) them, ‘When you laqach (take / seize) of the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel) the maishar (tithe) which I nathan (give) given you from them for your nachalah (inheritance), then you shall rawam (will lift up) up a wave tharawamah (offering) of it for Yahawah (), a maishar (tithe) of the maishar (tithe).

Your wave tharawamah (offering) shall be chashab (reckoned) to you, as though it were the grain of the garan (threshing) floor, and as the fullness of the yaqab (winepress).

Thus you also shall rawam (will lift up) a wave tharawamah (offering) to Yahawah () of all your maishar (tithes), which you laqach (take / seize) of the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel); and of it you shall nathan (give) Yahawah () wave tharawamah (offering) to Aharawan (Aaron) the kahan (priest).

Out of all your mathanah (gifts) you shall rawam (will lift up) every wave tharawamah (offering) of Yahawah (), of all its chalab (best), even the maqadash (holy) part of it out of it.’

“Therefore you shall amar (said) them, ‘When you rawam (will lift up) its chalab (best) from it, then it shall be chashab (reckoned) to the Lawayay (Levites) as the thabawaah (increase) of the garan (threshing) floor, and as the thabawaah (increase) of the yaqab (winepress).

You shall akal (eat) it in every maqawam (place), you and your bayath (house): for it is your shakar (reward) in chalap (return) for your ibadah (service) in the ahal (tent) of Meeting.

You shall nashaa (lift) no chataa (sin) by reason of it, when you have rawam (will lift up) from it its chalab (best): and you shall not chalal (profane) the qadawash (holy) things of the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), that you not mawath (death).’”
