2 Yahawah () amar (spoke) to me, amar (spoke),
3 “You have encircled this har (mountain) rab (long) enough. Panah (turn) northward.
4 Tzawah (command) the im (nation / people), amar (said), ‘You are to ibar (pass over/through) through the gabawal (border/boundary) of your ach (brother/kinsman) the banay (my son) of Ishaw (Esau), who yashab (inhabit/dwell) in Shaiyar (Seir); and they will be yaraa (fear / be afraid) of you: take maad (good) shamar (keep/guard) to yourselves therefore;
5 Don't garah (contend) with them; for I will not nathan (give) you of their aratz (Earth/land), no, not so much as for the sole of the ragal (feet / foot) to tread on; because I nathan (give) given har (mountain) Shaiyar (Seir) to Ishaw (Esau) for a yarashah (possession).
6 You shall purchase akal (food) of them for kasap (money), that you may akal (eat); and you shall also karah (buy) mayam (Waters) of them for kasap (money), that you may shathah (drinks).’”
7 For Yahawah () your Alahayam () has barak (blessed) you in all the maishah (work) of your yad (hand); he yadai (has) known your yalak (walking) through this gadawal (very great/important/mighty) madabar (wilderness): these arabaiyam (forty) shanah (years) Yahawah () your Alahayam () has been with you; you have chasar (lacked) nothing.
8 So we ibar (pass over/through) by from our ach (brother/kinsman) the banay (my son) of Ishaw (Esau), who yashab (inhabit/dwell) in Shaiyar (Seir), from the darak (way) of the irabah (arabah) from Ayalawath (Elath) and from Itzayawanagabar (Ezion Geber). We panah (turn) and ibar (pass over/through) by the darak (way) of the madabar (wilderness) of Mawaab (Moab).
9 Yahawah () amar (spoke) to me, “Don't bother Mawaab (Moab), neither garah (contend) with them in malachamah (battle); for I will not nathan (give) you of his aratz (Earth/land) for a yarashah (possession); because I nathan (give) given Ir (Ar) to the banay (children) of Lawat (Lot) for a yarashah (possession).”
10 (The Ayamayam (Emim) lived therein panayam (face), a im (nation / people) gadawal (very great/important/mighty), and many, and rawam (will lift up), as the inaqay (anakim):
11 These also are chashab (accounted) Rapaa (Rephaim), as the inaqay (anakim); but the Mawaabay (Moabites) qaraa (called) them Ayamayam (Emim).
12 The Charay (Horites) also lived in Shaiyar (Seir) panayam (face), but the banay (children) of Ishaw (Esau) yarash (succeeded) them; and they destroyed them from panayam (face) them, and lived in their place; as Yashar-Al (Israel) ishah (make) to the aratz (Earth/land) of his yarashah (possession), which Yahawah () nathan (give) to them.)

15 Moreover the yad (hand) of Yahawah () was against them, to hamam (destroy) them from the qarab (among / near) of the machanah (camp), until they were thamam (consumed).
16 So it happened, when all the anashay (men) of malachamah (war) were thamam (consumed) and mawath (death) from qarab (among / near) the im (nation / people),
17 That Yahawah () dabar (word / matter) to me, amar (spoke),
18 “You are this day to ibar (pass over/through) over Ir (Ar), the gabawal (border/boundary) of Mawaab (Moab):
19 And when you qarab (come close) near over mawal (against) the banay (my son) of Imawan (Ammon), don't bother them, nor garah (contend) with them; for I will not nathan (give) you of the aratz (Earth/land) of the banay (my son) of Imawan (Ammon) for a yarashah (possession); because I nathan (give) given it to the banay (my son) of Lawat (Lot) for a yarashah (possession).”
20 (That also is chashab (accounted) a aratz (Earth/land) of Rapaa (Rephaim): Rapaa (Rephaim) lived therein panayam (face); but the Imawanay (Ammonites) qaraa (called) them Zamazam (Zamzummim),
21 A im (nation / people) gadawal (very great/important/mighty), and many, and rawam (will lift up), as the inaqay (anakim); but Yahawah () destroyed them panayam (face) them; and they yarash (succeeded) them, and lived in their yashab (inhabit/dwell);
22 As he ishah (make) for the banay (my son) of Ishaw (Esau), who yashab (inhabit/dwell) in Shaiyar (Seir), when he destroyed the Charay (Horites) from panayam (face) them; and they yarash (succeeded) them, and lived in their place even to this yawam (day):
23 And the Iwayam (Avvim), who lived in villages as far as Izah (Gaza), the Kapatharay (Caphtorim), who yatzaa (go out / come out) forth out of Kapathar (Caphtor), destroyed them, and lived in their yashab (inhabit/dwell).)
24 “Qawam (rise up) up, take your nasai (journey), and ibar (pass over/through) over the nachal (stream / river) of the Aranawan (Arnon): raah (see / saw), I nathan (give) given into your yad (hand) Sayachawan (Sihon) the Amaray (Amaray / Amorite), malak (king) of Chashabawan (Heshbon), and his aratz (Earth/land); chalal (begin) to yarash (possess) it, and garah (contend) with him in malachamah (battle).
25 This yawam (day) will I chalal (begin) to nathan (give) the pachad (fear / dread) of you and the yaraah (fear) of you on the panay (face of) who are under the whole sky, who shall shamai (hearken / hear) the shamai (report) of you, and shall ragaz (tremble), and be in anguish panayam (face) of you.”
26 I shalach (send) malaakayam (messengers) out of the madabar (wilderness) of Qadamawath (Kedemoth) to Sayachawan (Sihon) malak (king) of Chashabawan (Heshbon) with dabaray (words) of shalawam (peace / safety), amar (said),
27 “Let me ibar (pass over/through) through your aratz (Earth/land): I will yalak (go) darak (along) by the highway, I will sawar (turn) neither to the right yamayan (right hand) nor to the shamaawal (left hand).
28 You shall shabar (sell) me akal (food) for kasap (money), that I may akal (eat); and nathan (give) me mayam (Waters) for kasap (money), that I may shathah (drinks): only let me ibar (pass over/through) through on my ragal (feet / foot),
29 As the banay (children) of Ishaw (Esau) who yashab (inhabit/dwell) in Shaiyar (Seir), and the Mawaabay (Moabites) who yashab (inhabit/dwell) in Ir (Ar), ishah (make) to me; until I shall ibar (pass over/through) over the Yaradan (Jordan) into the aratz (Earth/land) which Yahawah () our Alahayam () nathan (give) us.”
30 But Sayachawan (Sihon) malak (king) of Chashabawan (Heshbon) would not let us ibar (pass over/through) by him; for Yahawah () your Alahayam () hardened his rawach (spirit / wind), and made his labab (heart) amatz (obstinate), that he might nathan (give) him into your yad (hand), as at this yawam (day).
31 Yahawah () amar (spoke) to me, “raah (see), I have chalal (begun) to nathan (give) up Sayachawan (Sihon) and his aratz (Earth/land) panayam (face) you: chalal (begin) to yarash (possess), that you may yarash (inherit) his aratz (Earth/land).”
32 Then Sayachawan (Sihon) yatzaa (go out / come out) out qaraah (against) us, he and all his im (nation / people), to malachamah (battle) at Yahatz (Jahaz).
33 Yahawah () our Alahayam () nathan (give) him up panayam (face) us; and we nakah (struck) him, and his ban (son), and all his im (nation / people).
34 We lakad (took) all his iyar (cities) at that ith (time), and charam (utterly) destroyed every inhabited iyar (city), with the nashayam (women) and the little tap (ones); we shaar (left) none sharayad (remaining):
35 Only the livestock we bazaz (took) for a prey to ourselves, with the shalal (spoil) of the irayam (cities) which we had lakad (taken).
36 From Irawair (Aroer), which is on the shapah (edge) of the nachal (stream / river) of the Aranawan (Arnon), and the iyar (city) that is in the nachal (stream / river), even to Galaid (Gilead), there was not a qarayah (city / town) shagab (too) high for us; Yahawah () our Alahayam () nathan (give) up all panayam (face) us:
37 Only to the aratz (Earth/land) of the banay (children) of Imawan (Ammon) you didn't qarab (come close) yad (hand); all the side of the nachal (stream / river) Yabaq (Jabbok), and the iray (cities) of the har (mountain) country, and wherever Yahawah () our Alahayam () forbade us.
