2 “Dabar (word / matter) to the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), amar (said), ‘Assign the iray (cities) of maqalat (refuge), of which I dabar (word / matter) to you by Mashah (Moses),
3 That the manslayer who nakah (kills) any napash (soul) accidentally or unintentionally may nawas (flee) there. They shall be to you for a maqalat (refuge) from the gaal (avenger) of dam (blood).

7 They set apart Qadash (set apart / make holy) in Galayal (Galilee) in the har (mountain) country of Napathalay (Naphtali), Shakam (Shechem) in the har (mountain) country of Aparayam (Ephraim), and Kiriath Qarayathaarabai (Arba) (the same is Chabarawan (Hebron)) in the har (mountain) country of Yahawadah (Yahawadah / Judah).
