Shaawal (Saul) dabar (word / matter) to Yawanathan (Jonathan) his ban (son), and to all his ibad (servant), that they should mawath (death) Dawad (David). But Yahawanathan (Jonathan), Saul's son, delighted much in Dawad (David).
Yahawanathan (Jonathan) nagad (told) Dawad (David), amar (said), “Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) my ab (father) baqash (seeks) to mawath (death) you. Now therefore, please shamar (keep/guard) care of yourself in the baqar (morning), and live in a sathar (secret / hidden) place, and chabaa (hide) yourself.
I will yatzaa (go out / come out) out and imad (stand) yad (hand) my ab (father) in the shadah (field) where you are, and I will dabar (word / matter) with my ab (father) about you; and if I raah (see / saw) anything, I will nagad (tell) you.”
Yahawanathan (Jonathan) dabar (word / matter) tawab (good / proper function) of Dawad (David) to Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) his ab (father), and amar (said) to him, “Don't let the malak (king) chataa (sin) against his ibad (servant), against Dawad (David); because he has not chataa (sinned) against you, and because his maishah (works) have been very tawab (good / proper function) toward you;
For he shawam (place / establish / appoint) his napash (soul) in his kap (hand), and nakah (struck) the Palashathay (Philistine), and Yahawah () ishah (make) a gadawal (very great/important/mighty) thashawaih (deliverance) for all Yashar-Al (Israel). You raah (see) it, and shamach (rejoiced). Why then will you chataa (sin) against naqay (innocent) dam (blood), to mawath (death) Dawad (David) chanam (without) a cause?”
Shaawal (Saul) shamai (hearken / hear) to the qawal (sound / voice) of Yahawanathan (Jonathan): and Shaawal (Saul) shabai (swear / take oath), “As Yahawah () chay (life), he shall not be put to mawath (death).”
Yahawanathan (Jonathan) qaraa (called) Dawad (David), and Yahawanathan (Jonathan) showed him all those things. Yahawanathan (Jonathan) bawaa (bring) Dawad (David) to Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife), and he panayam (face) in his presence, as athamawal (before).
There was malachamah (war) again. Dawad (David) yatzaa (go out / come out) out, and lacham (fought) with the Palashathay (Philistines), and nakah (killed) them with a gadawal (very great/important/mighty) makah (slaughter); and they nawas (fled) panayam (face) him.
An rai (evil) rawach (spirit / wind) from Yahawah () was on Shaawal (Saul), as he yashab (inhabit/dwell) in his bayath (house) with his chanayath (spear) in his yad (hand); and Dawad (David) was nagan (playing) with his yad (hand).
Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) baqash (sought) to pin Dawad (David) even to the qayar (wall) with the chanayath (spear); but he patar (slipped) away out of Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) panayam (face), and he stuck the chanayath (spear) into the qayar (wall). Dawad (David) nawas (fled), and malat (escaped) that layal (night).
Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) shalach (send) malaakayam (messengers) to Dawad (David's) bayath (house), to shamar (keep/guard) him, and to mawath (death) him in the baqar (morning). Mayakal (Michal), Dawad (David's) ayashah (woman / wife), nagad (told) him, amar (said), “If you don't malat (save) your napash (soul) tonight, machar (tomorrow) you will be mawath (death).”
So Mayakal (Michal) yarad (let) Dawad (David) down through the chalawan (window). He yalak (went), barach (fled), and malat (escaped).
Mayakal (Michal) laqach (take / seize) the tharapayam (teraphim), and shawam (place / establish / appoint) it in the matah (bed), and shawam (place / establish / appoint) a kabayar (pillow) of izayam (goats)’ hair at its maraashah (head), and kasah (covered) it with the clothes.
When Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) shalach (send) malaakayam (messengers) to laqach (take / seize) Dawad (David), she amar (said), “He is chalah (afflict).”
Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) shalach (send) the malaakayam (messengers) to raah (see / saw) Dawad (David), amar (said), “ilah (go up / offer) him up to me in the matah (bed), that I may mawath (death) him.”
When the malaakayam (messengers) bawaa (bring) in, behold, the tharapayam (teraphim) was in the matah (bed), with the kabayar (pillow) of izayam (goats)’ hair at its head.
Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) amar (said) to Mayakal (Michal), “Why have you ramah (deceived) me thus, and let my ayab (enemy) go, so that he is malat (escaped)?” Mayakal (Michal) amar (said) Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife), “He amar (said) to me, ‘shalach (send) me go! Why should I mawath (death) you?’”
Now Dawad (David) barach (fled), and malat (escaped), and bawaa (bring) to Shamawaal (Samuel) to Ramah (Ramah), and nagad (told) him all that Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) ishah (make) done to him. He and Shamawaal (Samuel) yalak (went) and lived in Nawayath (Naioth).
It was nagad (told) Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife), amar (said), “Behold, Dawad (David) is at Nawayath (Naioth) in Ramah (Ramah).”
Shaawal (Saul) shalach (send) malaakayam (messengers) to laqach (take / seize) Dawad (David): and when they raah (see) the lahaqah (company) of the nabayaayam (prophets) nabaa (prophesying), and Shamawaal (Samuel) imad (standing) as natzab (head) over them, the rawach (spirit / wind) of Alahayam () came on the malaakayam (messengers) of Shaawal (Saul), and they also nabaa (prophesied).
When it was nagad (told) Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife), he shalach (send) other malaakayam (messengers), and they also nabaa (prophesied). Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) shalach (send) malaakayam (messengers) again the shalayashay (third) time, and they also nabaa (prophesied).
Then yalak (went) he also to Ramah (Ramah), and bawaa (bring) to the gadawal (very great/important/mighty) bawar (well) that is in Shakaw (Secu): and he shaal (asked), “ayapah (where) are Shamawaal (Samuel) and Dawad (David)?” One amar (said), “Behold, they are at Nawayath (Naioth) in Ramah (Ramah).”
He yalak (went) there to Nawayath (Naioth) in Ramah (Ramah). Then the rawach (spirit / wind) of Alahayam () yalak (came) on him also, and he went on, and nabaa (prophesied), until he bawaa (come) to Nawayath (Naioth) in Ramah (Ramah).
He also pashat (stripped) off his clothes, and he also nabaa (prophesied) panayam (face) Shamawaal (Samuel), and napal (fall / be cast down) down irawam (naked) all that yawam (day) and all that layal (night). Therefore they amar (said), “Is Shaawal (Sheol / afterlife) also among the nabayaam (prophets)?”
