1 Enoch 1 — the blessing on the elect and righteous
1 Enoch 1:1–9
The words of the blessing of Chanawak for the elect and righteous who will be living in the day of tribulation: the Holy Great One comes forth from his dwelling with ten thousands of his holy ones.
1 The dabar (words) of the barakah (blessing) of Chanawak (), wherewith he barak (blessed) the elect and tzadayaq (righteous), ashar (who) will be chay (living) in the yawam (day) of tzarah (tribulation), when all the rashai (wicked) and godless are to be sawar (removed).
2 And he nashaa (took) up his mashal (parable) and amar (said)--Chanawak a tzadayaq (righteous) ayash (man), whose iyan (eyes) were paqach (opened) by Alahayam (), raah (saw) the maraah (vision) of the Qadawash (Holy) Achad (One) in the shamayam (heavens), which the malaak (angels) chawah (showed) me, and from them I shamai (heard) everything, and from them I understood as I raah (saw), but laa (not) for this dawar (generation), but for a remote achad (one) which is for to bawaa (come).
3 Awadawath (Concerning) the elect I amar (said), and nashaa (lift) up my mashal (parable) awadawath (concerning) them: The Qadawash (Holy) Gadawal (very great/important/mighty) Achad (one) will yatzaa (go out / come out) forth from His dawaaray (dwelling),
4 And the iwalam (eternal) Alahayam () will darak (tread) upon the aratz (earth), (even) on Har (Mount) Sayanay (), And raah (appear) from His machanah (camp) And raah (appear) in the gabawarah (strength) of His might from the shamayam (heaven) of shamayam (heavens).
5 And all shall be smitten with pachad (fear / dread) And the Iyar (Watchers) shall quake, And gadawal (very great/important/mighty) yaraa (fear) and raid (trembling) shall seize them to the qatzah (end / extremity / border) of the aratz (Earth/land).
6 And the rawam (will lift up) har (mountain) shall be shaken, And the rawam (will lift up) gabaih (hills) shall be made shapal (low), And shall masas (melt) hamah (great uproar) dawanag (wax) before the ash (fire)
7 And the aratz (Earth/land) shall be wholly rent in sunder, And all that is upon the aratz (Earth/land) shall abad (destroy / perish), And there shall be a judgement upon all (men).
8 But with the tzadayaq (righteous) He will ishah (make) shalawam (peace). And will protect the elect, And racham (mercy) shall be upon them. And they shall all belong to Alahayam (), And they shall be tzalach (prospered), And they shall all be barak (blessed). And He will izar (help) them all, And awar (light) shall raah (appear) to them, And He will ishah (make) shalawam (peace) with them.
9 And hanah (Behold)! He bawaa (bring) with ishar (ten) thousands of His qadash (set apart / make holy) tap (ones) To ishah (make) judgement upon all, And to abad (destroy / perish) all the rashai (ungodly): And to convict all bashar (flesh) Of all the maishah (works) of their ungodliness which they have rashai (ungodly) ishah (make), And of all the qashah (rough / hard) dabar (word / matter) which rashai (ungodly) chataa (sinners) have inah (answer / respond) against Him.
