The prologue of John
John 1:1–18
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God — and the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us.
1 BaRaashayath (In the beginning) YaHayah (was) HaDabar (the Word), WaHaDabar (and the Word) YaHayah (was) AthaHaAlahayam (the entirety of the God), WaAlahayam (and God) YaHayah (was) HaDabar (the Word).
2 Hawaa (Which/who/that is) YaHayah (came to pass) BaRaashayath (same in beginning) AtzalaHaAlahayam (𐤀𐤑𐤋 the God).
3 All things were made through him. Without him, nothing was made that has been made.
4 Baw (Within him) Hayahaw (came to pass) Chayayam (life - plural), WaHaChayayam (and the life - plural) Hayahaw (came to pass) Awar (light) Banay (my son) HaAdam (the men).
5 WaHaAwar (And the light) BaChashak (shines in darkness), Zarach (Zerah) WaHaChashak (and the darkness) Laa (hasn’t overcome) HaNashayagaw (𐤍𐤔𐤉𐤂).
6 WaYaHayah (And came to pass) Ayash (came man), Shalawach (send) MaAthaHaAlahayam (from entirety the God), WaShamaw (and his name) Yawachanan ().
7 Hawaa (Which/who/that is) YaBawaa (same came) LaIdawath (witness), LaYaHaIwayad (he [causing] testify) IlaHaAwar (over about the light), LaMainaYaAmayanaw (𐤋 believe) Kalam (their through) IlaYadaw (over his hand).
8 Hawaa (Sent) Laa (NOT) YaHayah (came to pass) HaAwar (the light), KayaAmaLaYaHaIwayad (surely although - rhetorical he [causing] testify) IlaHaAwar (over about the light).
9 HaAwar (The light) HaAmathay (the true) HaMaawar (The luminary / Light) LaKal (every) Adam (man/mankind) YaHayah (enlightens everyone coming) YaBawaa (world) AlaHaIwalam (to the eternity).
10 He was in the world, and the world was made through him, and the world didn’t recognize him.
11 YaBawaa (He came) to his own, and those Ashar (who/that) were his own didn’t receive him.
12 WahamaqabalayamaAthaw (𐤅𐤄𐤌𐤒𐤁𐤋𐤉𐤌 the entirety of him) Nathan (many received gave) Iz (strength / might / refuge) LamaW (𐤅 them) LaHayahawath (came to pass - plural) Banayam (right become s children), LaAlahayam (God)’ HaMaAmayanayam (who believe - plural) BaShamaw (in his name):
13 AsharaLaa (Who/that NOT) MaDam (born of blood), WaLaa (And not) MaYaChapatz (From delight) HaBashar (the flesh), Ap (indeed) Laa (NOT) MaYaChapatz (From delight) Gabar (man), KayaAmaMaAlahayam (surely although - rhetorical of God) NaYawaladaw (birth / begot).
14 WaHaDabar (And the Word) NaHayah (came to pass) Bashar (became flesh), WaYaShakan (and lived among). BaThawakanaw (in our midst) WaNaChazah (and we saw) Thapaarahathaw (his glory), KaThapaarahath (such glory) HaYachayad (one the Son) HaNaYawalad (the Father), ManaHaAb (from the father) YaRayab (Many) Chasad (grace) WaAmath (and full grace truth).
15 Yawachanan () MaIwayad (admonish/bear witness against) Ilayaw (about him). WaYaQaraa (and cried), LaAmar (saying), “Hanah (Behold) Zah (this / that / these) Hawaa (which/who/that is) AsharaAmarathay (who/that said/spoke), Ilayaw (went up him) HaBawaa (who coming) ‘Acharay (comes after surpassed), YaHayah (before) LaPanayam (face/presence/surface) KayaQadam (surely east) Lay (for) YaHayah (came to pass).’”
16 WaMaMalawaaw (And from his 𐤌𐤋𐤅𐤀) Laqachanaw (fullness we received) Kalanaw (our every) Chasad (grace) IlaChasad (over upon grace).
17 KayaHaThawarah (Surely the law) Nathanah (given through) BaYad (in hand) Mashah (). WaHaChasad (and the grace) WaHaAmath (And grace the truth) Bawaaw (coming) IlaYaday (over hand) Yashawai (Jesus) HaMashayach (realized through the Messiah / Anointed One).
18 AthaHaAlahayam (The entirety of the God) Laa (time) Raah (one see/look). Ayash (man) MaIwalam (from eternity) HaBan (the Son), HaYachayad (one the only) AsharaBaChayaq (who/that in bosom) HaAb (the Father), Hawaa (declared) HaYawadayai (know/understand).
