The ten words spoken at Sinai
Exodus 20:1–17
Yahawah speaks all these words from the mountain: I am Yahawah your God who brought you out of Matzarayam.
1 Alahayam () dabar (word / matter) all these dabarayam (words), amar (spoke),
2 “I am Yahawah () your Alahayam (), who yatzaa (go out / come out) you out of the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Egypt), out of the bayath (house) of ibad (servant).
3 “You shall have no other Alahayam () panayam (face) me.
4 “You shall not ishah (make) for yourselves an idol, nor any pasal (image) of anything that is in the shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens) mail (top/above), or that is in the aratz (Earth/land) beneath, or that is in the mayam (Waters) under the aratz (Earth/land):
5 You shall not shachah (bow) yourself down to them, nor ibad (servant) them, for I, Yahawah () your Alahayam (), am a qanaa (jealous) Alahayam (), paqad (visit) the iwan (guilt/iniquity) of the abath (fathers) on the banayam (children), on the shalash (three) and on the rabai (fourth) generation of those who shanaa (hate) me,
6 And showing loving chasad (grace) to alapayam (thousands) of those who ahab (love) me and shamar (keep/guard) my matzawah (commandments).
7 “You shall not nashaa (lift) the sham (name) of Yahawah () your Alahayam () in shawaa (vanity), for Yahawah () will not hold him naqah (clean/innocent) who nashaa (lift) his sham (name) in shawaa (vanity).
8 “Zakar (remember) the shabath (shabath / rest) yawam (day), to keep it qadash (set apart / make holy).
9 You shall ibad (servant) shash (six) yamayam (days), and ishah (make) all your malaakah (work),
10 But the shabayaiy (seventh) yawam (day) is a shabath (shabath / rest) to Yahawah () your Alahayam (). You shall not ishah (make) any malaakah (work) in it, you, nor your ban (son), nor your banath (daughter), your male ibad (servant), nor your female amah (servant), nor your livestock, nor your gar (sojourner / stranger / foreigner) who is within your shair (gates);
11 For in shash (six) yamayam (days) Yahawah () ishah (make) shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens) and aratz (Earth/land), the yam (sea/waters), and all that is in them, and nawach (rested) the shabayaiy (seventh) yawam (day); therefore Yahawah () barak (blessed) the shabath (shabath / rest) yawam (day), and made it qadash (set apart / make holy).
12 “Honor your ab (father) and your am (mother), that your yawam (day) may be arak (long) in the adamah (land) which Yahawah () your Alahayam () nathan (give) you.
13 “You shall not ratzach (murder).
14 “You shall not naap (commit) adultery.
15 “You shall not ganab (steal).
16 “You shall not inah (answer / respond) shaqar (false) id (until / as far as) against your neighbor.
17 “You shall not chamad (covet) your neighbor's bayath (house). You shall not chamad (covet) your neighbor's ayashah (woman / wife), nor his male ibad (servant), nor his female amah (servant), nor his shawar (ox), nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.”
